Facebook Continued To Share User Data With
Select Companies

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) Facebook shared personal information culled from its users' profiles with other companies after the date when executives have said the social network prevented third-party developers from gaining access to the data, the company confirmed Friday.

The records included information about the friends of Facebook users, including phone numbers and breakdowns analyzing the degrees of separation between people on the social networks, according to a Wall Street Journal report .

In its confirmation of the story, Facebook acknowledged the information was given to a "small number" of companies including RBC Capital Markets and Nissan Motor Co., advertisers and other business partners.

The companies had access to the data during a stretch of time in 2015 after Facebook had locked out most developers who build apps that work on its social network. Facebook gave select "whitelisted" companies extensions before they were also blocked from getting its users' personal information.

The Best Reason To Get An Early Night?
People Who Sleep 8 Hours Have More Orgasmic Sex

(Daily Mail) There are plenty of reasons to get a good night's sleep.

Snoozing for at least eight hours can help improve memory, curb inflammation and sharpen your attention. But there's another hidden benefit: those who get more sleep each night have more orgasmic sex.

Sex therapist and author Dr Laurie Mintz has found in her research that more shut-eye can lead to a greater increase in sexual desire and boost sex hormones such as testosterone.

Dr Mintz tells Daily Mail Online how the two are so intimately tied and how not only good sleep can lead to better sex but good sex can lead to better sleep.

Dr Mintz, a professor of psychology at the University of Florida, has found over years of research that if you have problems with either sleep or sex, it can impact the other.

Corpus Christi Man Bitten By Severed Rattlesnake Head

(KIII TV-3) A Corpus Christi man is still recovering after he was bitten by a rattlesnake, even after the snake had already been beheaded.

It happened the weekend of May 27 at a residence near Lake Corpus Christi.

Jennifer Sutcliffe and her husband were doing weekend yard work when she spotted a four-foot rattlesnake. She said her husband quickly took his shovel and severed the snake's head, but moments later when he bent down to dispose of the snake, the snake's head bit him.

"Which in that case since there is nobody, it released all its venom into him at that point, so he had a lot of venoms," Sutcliffe said.

Sutcliffe called 911 and began driving her husband to the hospital. He immediately began having seizures, lost his vision and experienced internal bleeding.
