Now in our 26th year
"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive.
It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies.
The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated;
but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end
for they do so with the approval of their own conscience." —C. S. Lewis (1898–1963)

“Immigrants soon find their place in urban life, they soon adopt, externally, town manners and opinions, but for a long time they remain foreign to civic thought. One cannot make a social philosophy one’s own as easily as a new costume. . . More menacing than barbarians storming the walls from without are the seeming citizens within – those who are citizens in gesture, but not in thought.”

Another Stab in the Back – Aimed at Israel
Scott Johnson
In February President Biden promulgated National Security Memorandum 20. NSM-20 directs the State Department to “obtain certain credible and reliable written assurances from foreign governments receiving [U.S.] defense articles and, as appropriate, defense services” that they will abide by U.S. and international law. NSM-20 also requires the Departments of State and Defense to report to Congress within 90 days on the extent to which these governments and services are abiding by their assurances.

13 Federal Judges Say They Will No Longer Hire Law Clerks from Columbia University, Citing ‘Virulent Spread of Antisemitism’ and
‘Explosion of Student Disruptions’

Aaron Sibarium
Led by appellate judges James Ho and Elizabeth Branch, who spearheaded a clerkship boycott of Yale Law School in 2022 and Stanford Law School in 2023, as well as by Matthew Solomson on the U.S Court of Federal Claims, the judges wrote in a letter to Columbia president Minouche Shafik that they would no longer hire "anyone who joins the Columbia University community – whether as undergraduates or as law students – beginning with the entering class of 2024."

Massive Trump Beach Rally in Deep-Blue NJ Draws
Stark Contrast to Biden's Beach Weekend: 'Biden could never'

Trump held a beachside rally in Wildwood, New Jersey, on Saturday evening as at least 80,000, and up to 100,000 supporters, joined the 45th president in the historically deep-blue state. Simultaneously, 24 miles across Deleware Bay, Biden arrived at his home in Rehoboth Beach for Mother’s Day... "I think this country needs to change, although we already know what Trump's all about," said one supporter who identified himself as "Carlos." "So, that change is just going to come right back to us because that's what we need. We need Trump because I don't think Biden is just getting the job done right now. Some of it's his fault. Some of it is probably the people around him. But I think we need Trump back to get this country back to where it needs to be."

Hamas Missile Strikes Against Jewish State

After President Biden gave his ultimatum of withholding offensive weapons to the Jewish state if Israel were to launch an invasion of Rafah, rocket attacks rained down on Israel on Friday from Rafah, with more rockets fired on Saturday. Hamas launched rockets from Rafah at the southern Israeli city of Beersheva on Friday for the first time since December, as Iranian proxy Hezbollah sent a barrage of rockets into the northern Israel city of Kiryat Shmona, causing a massive fire. Within the Gaza Strip on Friday, four Israeli soldiers were killed.
GOP Senators Press IRS to Investigate Revoking Tax Breaks for
Groups That Fomented Campus Unrest

John Solomon
Fifteen Republican senators are demanding the IRS investigate whether nonprofit groups that helped foment pro-Hamas unrest on college campuses violated their tax-exempt status by supporting a designated terrorist group. In a letter led by Sen. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, the senators identified the National Students for Justice in Palestine (NSJP), the AJP Educational Foundation (AJP), the Tides Foundation, the Westchester Peace Action Committee Foundation (WESPAC Foundation), and others and asked IRS Commissioner Danny Werfel to determine if they “engaged in conduct warranting revocation of their tax-exempt statuses on the basis of their financial support of NSJP.”
Commie Activists Use Pro-Palestine Protests to
Foment 'Real Revolution'

Dmytro "Henry" Aleksandrov
Multiple communist groups met on May 7, 2024, at Revolution Books in Harlem, Manhattan, and discussed “gathering forces for revolution,” the Epoch Times reported. “Nobody is an outsider when it comes to fighting injustice. Everybody has a right and responsibility to do that. And we need to bring to them the way out of this mess, where it’s coming from and why it can be ended. And how it can be ended in a real revolution. And the fact that right now is a time when revolution is more possible. This is something we need to seize on,” Carl Dix, a representative of the Revolutionary Communist Party, said.
Democrats, Liberal Media Suddenly Discover Soros & Co.
Are Funding Radical Left Causes Dragging Biden Down

Hailey Gomez
Some Democrats and liberal media outlets appear to be discovering the connection between big Biden donors funding radical left causes, including the pro-Palestine protests seen across the U.S., which are now coming back to bite President Joe Biden as he seeks re-election in November. A new report from Politico Sunday revealed that donors like George Soros, David Rockefeller Jr., and Nick Pritzker are supporting organizations like Jewish Voice for Peace and IfNotNow, which have been responsible for many of the protests at college campuses. These groups, according to the outlet, are funded by the Tides Foundation which is funded by Soros and previously funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

FBI Should Uncover Who Organized, Funded
Radical Student Encampments

Mike Gonzalez
If the FBI has time to spare after harassing mothers at school board meetings, it may want to look into the groups participating in, and funding, pro-Hamas disturbances at universities across the country. Clearing out Columbia University on Tuesday night doesn’t mean the job is done. Yes, some of the protests have been peaceful, engaging in constitutionally protected speech. But, unlike the concerned parents who simply decided to get more involved in local politics, the groups behind the protests – violent and peaceful ones – want to dismantle society. And things could turn even more violent this summer.
Biden Tells A Lie a Minute During CNN Interview
Spins Fantasyland of a Presidency

Post Editorial Board
Lyin' Biden
The White House rarely allows President Biden to sit down for interviews, and Wednesday’s chat with CNN’s Erin Burnett shows why. In a brief 17 minutes, Biden told 15 lies – nearly a lie a minute. From whoppers about the economy to prevarications on Israel, Biden spun a fantasyland of a presidency that voters know is false.
Joe Biden Really Insults Women Voters
Matt Margolis
Joe Biden has claimed he grew up in a black church, a Jewish synagogue, and a Puerto Rican neighborhood. He hasn't yet claimed to identify as a woman, but if polls show him losing ground with the LGBT community, I'm sure that's next. There seems to be no limit to his pandering. "This November, voters are going to teach Donald Trump a valuable lesson: Don’t mess with the women of America," one of Biden's aides posted on his Twitter account. Really, Joe? Do you really think that all women share the same political views and will vote in unison against Donald Trump?
Reporter Stunned by Biden Voters' Comments on Economy:
'Nostalgia for Trump Years ... Really Shocking to Me'

Kristine Parks
Host Jonathan Karl asked his political panel on Sunday to comment on the lack of enthusiasm over Biden's re-election from key demographics who backed his 2020 campaign. NPR White House correspondent Asma Khalid confessed that the Biden campaign would have trouble selling its message on Trump because "many voters are looking at this election as a referendum on [Biden]."

Black Voters in Georgia 'disappointed' by Biden:
'It Makes Me Wonder Why I Vote'

Kristine Parks
Black voters in rural Georgia told the New York Times they were disappointed by how the Democratic Party had failed to deliver on promises to improve their lives, saying things had only become harder with President Biden in office. Dozens of these voters in their 20s and 30s spoke with the paper's Mara Gay about the daily struggles they face buying groceries, affording housing and paying back costly student loans in an area they say is sparse in high-paying jobs.
Inside the Left-Wing Dark Money Voter Turnout Operation
Targeting Vulnerable Patients

Gabe Kaminsky
As federally qualified health centers registered as tax-exempt nonprofit organizations in Georgia, Indiana, and Arizona, respectively, they cater to low-income patients benefiting from Medicaid and Medicare. The FQHCs, along with their counterparts, are set for a windfall thanks to President Joe Biden earlier this year freeing up $4.4 billion for them, the most substantial annual funding increase in a decade. The taxpayer-backed health centers, however, also have something else in common. Like hundreds of others scattered across the United States, they are partners of a little-known charity in Boston called Vot-ER behind a sprawling “nonpartisan” operation to register vulnerable patients to vote ahead of the 2024 election between Biden and former President Donald Trump.
Biden Won’t Let America Supply the World with Low-Carbon Gas.
It’s Green Energy Madness

David Blackmon
Many experts have questioned the wisdom of the Biden White House’s ordering a “pause” in permitting new export infrastructure for liquefied natural gas (LNG) since it was put in place in late January. Citing the strategic leverage in global affairs provided by America’s leading position in the LNG export market, critics contend that the pause – especially with its open-ended nature – will only serve to diminish confidence among U.S. trading partners and allies in their ability to continue to rely on the U.S. gas industry to fill their needs.
Israel Security Minister: Only Response to Hamas’s ‘Tricks’ is to
‘Crush Hamas Until it is Utterly Defeated’

Mary Chastain
Israel Security Minister Ben-Gvir has a great response to the tricks: “There is only one response to Hamas’s tricks and games – an immediate order to conquer Rafah, increase military pressure, and continue to crush Hamas until it is utterly defeated.” Hamas reportedly accepted an Egyptian-Qatari ceasefire proposal. The deal is completely one-sided and likely not the one backed by America and Israel. Also, does anyone believe Hamas would accept any ceasefire agreement that doesn’t include the extermination of Israel and Jews?
Roy, Lee Introduce Bill to Require Citizenship Proof to Vote
Fred Lucas
Pointing to the combination of an open border and declining confidence in elections, congressional Republicans are backing legislation to require proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote. “Due to the wide-open border that the Biden administration has refused to close, practically engineered to open, we now have so many noncitizens in the country that if only one out of 100 voted, they would cast hundreds of thousands of votes,” House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., said Wednesday during a press conference in front of the Capitol.
Texas AG Sues NGO for Assisting Unlawful Migration
Attorney General Ken Paxton announced on Tuesday that he has filed a lawsuit against a nongovernmental organization to revoke its operations authorization for allegedly facilitating unlawful migration. The lawsuit was filed against Annunciation House, a Catholic organization in El Paso that “operates several houses of hospitality” for the “migrant, refugee, and economically vulnerable peoples of the border region.”
RFK Jr. Says 'Full-Term' Abortions Should Be Allowed,
Doesn't Want to 'Leave It to the States'

In October, RJK Jr. announced he was running for president as an independent candidate. A Politico analysis of his campaign finances a month later revealed that he was drawing more support from past Republican donors than Democrats, many of whom saw him as conservative-leaning because of his strong stance against vaccine mandates. But Kennedy’s political stances are far from conservative.
No conservative he!
Former Biden DOJ Official Prosecuting Trump Was on DNC Payroll
Matt Margolis
According to a new report, the DNC previously paid prosecutor Matthew Colangelo, who previously worked in the Biden Justice Department and is currently Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg's top prosecutor, thousands of dollars for "political consulting" back in 2018. "Colangelo joined Bragg’s office in December 2022 after the resignations of Mark Pomerantz and Carey Dunne -- prosecutors who were investigating Trump and resigned in protest of Bragg’s initial unwillingness to indict the former president," reports Fox News Digital. "Colangelo left a senior role at the Biden Justice Department to join Bragg's team.
Dems Use the Legal System to Target the Right –
Yet Give the Left a Pass

Glenn H. Reynolds
“For my friends, everything; for my enemies, the law.” This philosophy, announced by Brazilian President Getulio Vargas in the 1940s, is no longer just the favored approach of Latin American strongmen. It has become the openly practiced strategy of today’s Democratic machine. Laws that hamper Democrats are ignored. Laws that might be used to hurt Republicans are enforced to – and often well past – the limits of the law.
Illegal Aliens Skew Elections by Inflating Certain States’
Electoral Power. This Bill Would Change That

Brianna Lyman
The House Rules Committee will consider a proposal late Monday afternoon that would prevent illegal aliens and other foreign nationals from skewing elections by shifting the apportionment of congressional seats and electoral college votes. The “Equal Representation Act” would modify the Census Bureau’s questionnaire for each decennial census beginning in 2030 by requiring individuals to attest to their citizenship status on the form and then using that data to exclude foreign nationals from the count used to determine congressional and electoral college apportionment.

New Analysis Shows Just How Bad Electric Trucks Are for Business
Will Kessler
Converting America’s medium- and heavy-duty trucks to electric vehicles (EV) in accordance with goals from the Biden administration would add massive costs to commercial trucking, according to a new analysis released Wednesday. The cost to switch over to light-duty EVs like a transit van would equate to a 5% increase in costs per year while switching over medium- and heavy-duty trucks would add up to 114% in costs per year to already struggling businesses, according to a report from transportation and logistics company Ryder Systems.
25 States Sue EPA Over Unachievable Power Plant Regulations
West Virginia and Indiana are leading a group of 25 states asking for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia to declare the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s new rule on coal, natural gas, and oil power plants to be declared unlawful. The new EPA rule will require coal and natural gas power plants to capture smokestack emissions or shutter. “The EPA continues to not fully understand the direction from the Supreme Court – unelected bureaucrats continue their pursuit to legislate rather than rely on elected members of Congress for guidance,” West Virginia Attorney General Morrisey said.
California Dems Ask How Newsom Wasted
$20B for Homeless, but Get No Answer

Some California Democrats are turning on their Golden State leader after Gov. Gavin Newsom’s homelessness council failed to track whether billions of dollars spent on curbing the homelessness crisis were successful in the last five years. “You come to a budget committee, and there’s no numbers,” Democratic Assemblymember Phil Ting said to Newsom’s housing and homelessness officials during Monday’s budget committee hearing. “How many people have we helped? How many people are off the street?” “Because that’s what people want to know,” he added.
SEC to Investigate Boeing Over Statements on Safety Practices
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has opened an investigation into Arlington, Virginia-based Boeing Co. for statements the company made regarding safety practices, following an incident where a panel blew off an Alaska Airlines 737 Max 9 16,000 feet above Oregon in January. Reuters reported that the SEC investigation will look into whether Boeing or its executives made statements misleading investors, according to a report from Bloomberg News, based on three sources familiar with the development.
Governors Unite Against Biden Admin’s National Guard ‘power grab’
Melissa Fine
In a move that is being called an “existential threat” to the nation’s Air National Guard, the Biden administration has put forth a proposal that would reassign the part-time force to another branch of the U.S. military. Traditionally, the Department of Defense (DOD) must first receive approval from the governors before transferring Guard members to another military branch. Legislative Proposal 480, submitted by the DOD to the Senate Armed Services Committee, would do away with that precedent, according to critics.
End of an Era: Boy Scouts of America Officially Changes Name to
Embrace Inclusivity After 114 Years

Jim Hoft
The “woke virus” continues to spread in America. The Boy Scouts of America has announced a major rebranding as it transitions to “Scouting America,” marking the first name change in its 114-year legacy. The move is part of the organization’s bid to distance itself from its troubled past marred by a torrent of sexual abuse claims and subsequent bankruptcy while simultaneously embracing “inclusivity.”

Former Prison Guard Tells Riley Gaines Trans Inmates Are
Manipulating the System: 'Blatantly Brag' About It

Former prison guard Hector Bravo Ferrel warned that there are examples of male inmates taking advantage of transgender laws in California and bragging about it. Ferrel discussed his experience working at the California Department of Corrections after the state began implementing a law that allowed prisoners to be housed in accordance with their gender identity. Though the law was meant to protect transgender prisoners, Ferrel told OutKick’s Riley Gaines that male and transgender inmates have been abusing the law for their own benefit.
Federal Court Rules in Favor of Catholic School
Upholding Biblical View of Marriage

S.A. McCarthy
In a decision hailed by religious liberty advocates, a federal court is upholding a Catholic school’s right to require employees to conform to Catholic teachings when it fired a teacher for entering into a same-sex marriage. The U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on Wednesday that a North Carolina Catholic school was within its rights to dismiss Lonnie Billard, a drama teacher and substitute English teacher at Charlotte Catholic High School (CCHS), after he announced he would be marrying another man. The court’s ruling said that “because Billard played a vital role as a messenger of CCHS’s faith,” the school could dismiss him from his position for contradicting Catholic moral teaching.
Riley Gaines Calls Out College Administrator for Making 'Cowardly' Gesture Behind Her During Commencement Speech
Rachel M. Emmanuel
History is full of heroes who have been willing to die for what they believe. From Christian martyrs to civil rights leaders, those who believe strongly enough about their cause are not afraid to speak out boldly in full view of their enemies and face whatever consequences their actions may bring. But what we have witnessed lately on college campuses are crowds of protesters hiding behind masks and keffiyehs, revealing that today, modern leftists are only brave as long as no one can see them.
‘Trans’ Killer Mows Down Man,
Backs Over Him, Kisses Him, Stabs Him

Traumatic footage show a transgender murder suspect running over a victim twice with a Dodge Challenger in suburban Houston – before kissing and stabbing his limp body. Law enforcement sources close to the case said the footage was some of the most horrifying they’ve seen in their careers, and culminated with the victim’s death. The incident on Woodridge Square Drive on May 3 happened in broad daylight – with 20-year-old Karon Fisher seen careening toward Steven Anderson, 64, as he walked to retrieve some mail.

The Democrats’ Plan to Steal the Presidency for Good
I & I Editorial Board
While Americans brace for another contentious presidential election, the Democrats have a better idea: Subvert the Constitution in the name of “democracy.” Once again, the party of the left shows why it’s losing Americans’ trust. Quietly but steadily, the Democratic Party has been advancing its latest bold idea to create a uni-party state: A “National Popular Vote Interstate Compact.” In case you missed it, the Associated Press reported last week that “Maine will become the latest to join a multistate effort to elect the president by popular vote,” the 17th state to do so.
Unredacted Motion Reveals Collaboration Between Biden WH and
NARA to Concoct Classified Docs Case Against Trump

Hannah Nightingale
On Monday, a version of Donald Trump’s motion to compel discovery in the Mar-a-Lago documents case was released by Judge Aileen Cannon with much of the information originally redacted by Biden’s special counsel Jack Smith being unredacted. In one section titled "Early Indications of National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) Bias," which was heavily redacted in its original, January 16 version, it now states that NARA General Counsel Gary Stern sent an internal email attaching a draft letter to President Trump’s [Presidential Records Act] representatives. Stern noted that he 'had several conversations' with [White House Office of Records Management]'s [redacted] and that [redacted] had 'raised some of these concerns directly with David [Ferriero, NARA’s Archivist]."
DHS Docs Reveal Where Paroled Migrants
Under Controversial Biden Flight Program Are Landing

Department of Homeland Security (DHS) data is revealing the more than 45 cities in the U.S. that hundreds of thousands of migrants have flown into via a controversial parole program for four nationalities – with the vast majority entering the U.S. via airports in Florida. During an eight-month period from January through August 2023, roughly 200,000 migrants flew into the U.S. via the program. Of those, 80% of them, (161,562) arrived in the state of Florida in four cities: Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando and Tampa Bay, according to DHS data obtained via a subpoena by the House Homeland Security Committee and provided to Fox News.
Northwestern Professor, Whose School Gave in to
Anti-Israel Agitators, Is Son of Notorious Terrorist Radicals

As anti-Israel protests continue to plague college campuses across the country, Northwestern University has reached a deal with the protesters, sparking concern from many about the conditions. On Monday, the Chicago school announced an agreement to curb protest activity in return for the reestablishment of an advisory committee on university investments and other commitments.
Whistleblower Organization Seeks to Compel DOJ to
Disclose Why It Spied on Congressional Staff

John Solomon and Steven Richards
A whistleblower organization has initiated a court action to force the Department of Justice to disclose why it spied on congressional staff, setting up a landmark legal battle on an issue that has rankled both Republicans and Democrats. Last fall, several current and former congressional oversight staff were belatedly informed that the Justice Department seized phone and email records in 2017 in an internal investigation, raising concerns about separation of powers between two branches of government.
New Bombshell Evidence Emerges:
Was Trump Set Up in Classified Docs Saga?

Matt Margolis
This week in Florida, Judge Aileen Cannon unsealed a trove of new documents that Jack Smith fought to keep hidden. And you'll soon find out why. Among the documents unsealed were extensive exhibits, motions, and other filings shedding light on the intricate web of communication between the Biden White House and the National Archives and Records Administration in the lead-up to Trump's indictment. Investigative journalist Julie Kelly found something interesting in the documents that could change everything. The first things is testimony from an FBI agent who testified that the General Services Association (GSA) had been in possession of Trump's boxes in Virginia before ordering Trump's team to come get them.
Jack Smith's Team Admits They Tampered with Key Evidence in
Trump's Case, Misled the Court About It

A new document that has surfaced in connection with former President Donald Trump’s classified documents trial has revealed an issue some experts say could become important. Special Counsel Jack Smith has revealed that at some point after boxes of documents were seized from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, the order of the documents changed, which the court did not learn about until now. The revelation was contained in a new court filing.
Supreme Court Denies Bid to Expand
No-Excuse Mail-In Ballots in Texas

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear a legal challenge to a Texas law that requires voters under the age of 65 to provide justification to vote by mail, meaning that the Democrat-aligned attempt to sharply expand “no-excuse” mail-in ballots in the Lone Star state has failed, with implications for other states.
'Resign!' DOJ Official Kristen Clarke Admits
She Lied Under Oath During Her Senate Confirmation

The Justice Department’s divisive head of the civil rights division admitted on Wednesday that she wasn’t entirely truthful during her Senate confirmation process. “Since becoming a legal adult, have you ever been arrested for or accused of committing a violent crime against any person?” Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) asked then-nominee Clarke during her confirmation process. “No,” she replied, according to The Daily Signal, which cited her responses while under oath to “Questions for the Record” from U.S. senators.
White House Officially Claims Biden Has Made
148 Mistakes During 2024 Public Remarks

The White House releases an official transcript anytime the president gives a speech or takes questions. Communications staff frequently correct, add to or alter Biden’s official remarks in order to either bring them into compliance with official White House policy or, in some cases, reality, a Daily Caller analysis showed. In several cases, official statements had to be changed to convey the exact opposite of what Biden actually said.
Biden Shares What He Says Were Beau’s ‘last words’
While Telling Howard Stern a Lot of Whoppers

In a move presumably made to reach voters and prove he can hold his end of a live conversation, President Biden sat down in the remarkably safe space of “drooling” shock-jock Howard Stern and lied his butt off – repeatedly. “On Howard Stern’s show today, Biden claimed… He saved 6 people from drowning as a lifeguard (Lie); He received ‘salacious pictures’ from women in the 70s that he handed to Secret Service (Definitely a lie and senators don’t have secret service protection); That he was arrested as a kid while standing with a black family on their porch as people were protesting desegregation. (Lie); That he was ‘runner-up in state scoring’ in football. (Lie),” Price wrote.
Ron DeSantis on Joe Biden’s Abortion-Focused Visit:
‘Floridians Not Buying What He’s Selling’

“His policies have caused families to suffer with higher prices and higher interest rates, and now he’s coming down to try to support a constitutional amendment that will mandate abortion up until the moment of birth, that will eliminate parental consent for minors, and that is written in a way that is intentionally designed to deceive voters,” the governor continued. “So all I can tell you is Floridians are not buying what Joe Biden is selling, and in November, we’re going to play an instrumental role in sending him back to Delaware where he belongs.”
ESG Bully BlackRock Is Funding China’s Nuclear Weapons,
Forced Labor, Report Finds

Despite boycotting U.S. energy firms in the name of its Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) ideology, BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager, is funding China’s U.S.-sanctioned military companies, producers of nuclear weapons and forced-labor enterprises, a new report reveals. In the U.S., BlackRock discriminates against companies that don’t comply with the radical left’s ESG agenda, which it claims promotes social good. But, in reality, the multinational corporation managing $10 trillion across five continents funds companies in China that build up the hostile communist regime’s nuclear weapons arsenal and those that enslave and abuse workers, according to a Coalition for a Prosperous America (CPA) “Case study for Congress” detailing how Wall Street’s offshore companies fund the Communist Chinese Party (CCP) and People’s Liberation Army (PLA).
Lawmakers Question Whether Feds Are
Still Funding Russian Research

House lawmakers are pressing the National Institutes of Health for answers on whether the agency has continued funding research in Russia. House Energy and Commerce Committee Chair Cathy McMorris Rodgers is leading the effort along with subcommittee chairs Rep. Brett Guthrie, R-Ky., and Rep. Morgan Griffith, R-Va. The lawmakers sent a letter to National Institutes of Health Director Monica Bertagnolli raising concerns that currently available data may contradict NIH's previous statements on the issue.
EDUCATE Act Would Ban DEI in Medical Schools
A bill sponsored by Rep. Greg Murphy (R, NC) would withhold federal funding from medical schools which engage in discriminatory practices related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) ideology. Rep. Murphy’s bill, the EDUCATE Act, which had its companion bill introduced in the Senate by Sen. John Kennedy (R, LA), establishes a number of different actions that would jeopardize the reception of federal funding.

In the first quarter of 2024, the South American country recorded a budget surplus of about 275 billion pesos (some $309 million at the official rate), he told national TV late Monday. This amounted to a surplus of 0.2 percent of GDP. "This is the first quarter with a financial surplus since 2008," said Milei, referring to his left-wing rival Cristina Kirchner's first year in the presidency. Milei, who took office in December, boasted of "a feat of historic significance on a global scale."

Strong Voter ID Laws Confirm Not Just Who You Are
But Where You Live

Mark Davis
The debate over voter ID typically centers on the need to prove we are who we say we are when we vote, which is obviously very important. But voter ID can and should also be used to prove we live where we say we live. This is critical because the ballots we receive when we vote are based on where we actually live – where our “habitation is fixed” as is the case in my home state of Georgia. That location determines our “jurisdiction,” which is our county and/or municipality. It also determines our voting precinct, our city and county election contests, and the school board, judicial, county commission, state House, state Senate, and congressional district races that appear on our ballots.
Manchin Gets Rolled Again with
New Permitting Streamlining Measures

David Blackmon
Joe Manchin rolledIn case you missed it, the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) rolled out measures designed to streamline permitting for energy projects last week. You might think that would make Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) happy given that he surrendered every bit of political leverage he formerly possessed in August, 2022 to become the deciding vote to pass the Orwellian Inflation Reduction Act based on the promise from Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi they would help him pass a bill to speed up such permitting. But the folks at the Institute for Energy Research (IER) describe Manchin as being “livid” about the new permitting rules. Why? Oh, you know what’s coming, don’t you? Of course you do.
Is Biden About to Declare Himself Climate Dictator?
I & I Editorial Board
Democrats have already made it clear that they will stop at nothing – nothing – to prevent Donald Trump from winning in November. So, we aren’t surprised to read reports that President Joe Biden might declare a “climate emergency” this year in hopes that it gooses his reelection odds. Never mind that such a declaration would put the U.S. right on the path to a Venezuela-style future. Late last week, Bloomberg reported that “White House officials are weighing whether to declare a national climate emergency several months out from the 2024 election.”
Build It, and the Wind Won’t Come
Robert Bryce
Three years ago, in the wake of Winter Storm Uri, the alt-energy lobby and their many allies in the media made sure not to blame wind energy for the Texas blackouts. The American Clean Power Association declared frozen wind turbines “did not cause the Texas power outages” because they were “not the primary cause of the blackouts." In other words, there was no reason to expect the 33 GW of wind capacity that Texas had to deliver because, you know, no one expected wind energy to produce much power. Expectations?... But what happens when you build massive amounts of wind energy capacity and it doesn’t deliver – not for a day or a week, but for six months, or even an entire year?
Offshore Wind Is Gearing Up to Bulldoze the Ocean

The Biden Administration has recently produced a wave of plans and regulatory actions aimed at building a monstrous amount of destructive offshore wind. No environmental impact assessment is included. “Pathways to Commercial Liftoff: Offshore Wind” is the grandiose title of the Energy Department’s version of Biden’s vision. Their basic idea is that having successfully traversed the unexpected cost crisis, offshore wind is ready to take off. They point out that even though costs quickly jumped an average of 65%, the boom market is unchanged. The coastal States are raring to go with huge offshore wind targets and laws. In short, it is a seller’s market. Cost is no object.
Pennsylvania’s Gov. Shapiro’s Misguided Attempt to
Cure a Very Healthy Climate

Gregory Wrightstone
Somebody should tell Gov. Shapiro that his state of Pennsylvania is doing very well environmentally. Overall, the weather has been getting better and agricultural production is up. Nevertheless, he repeatedly attacks the producers and users of energy to address a supposed climate crisis. His administration is trying to keep Pennsylvania trapped in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, which the Commonwealth Court ruled an illegal tax. Recently, he proposed a new energy tax and the expansion of a program to force consumers to buy larger amounts of expensive and unreliable wind and solar power.
Four Officers Murdered – Demos Are Enabling Cop Killers
Mark Alexander
Our Patriot Post constituents know that we maintain an archive of tributes to law enforcement officers (LEOs) killed in the line of duty. We do so in part because I started my career as a uniformed patrol officer and will always have a special kinship with my brothers and sisters who form that Blue Line every day. Sometimes, a whole week passes without adding a tribute image to this archive, and for that, we are grateful. This is not one of those weeks.
Biden Administration Sues Sheetz on Same Day as Campaign Stop
On the same day that President Joe Biden made an impromptu campaign stop at a Pittsburgh-area Sheetz, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) sued the convenience store company for alleged racial discrimination. The April 17 lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, charges that Pennsylvania-based Sheetz Inc.’s use of criminal background checks to screen job applicants is racially discriminatory.
Experts Agree: Turbo Cancers are Caused by the
Toxic mRNA COVID-19 Jabs

Tracy Beanz & Michelle Edwards
We are hearing the term “Turbo Cancer” more and more often. What does Turbo Cancer mean? The phrase, which is essentially a long-term effect of the COVID-19 jabs, describes the long list of aggressive cancers that are rising at a record pace in COVID-19-vaccinated individuals. These Turbo Cancers, most often resulting in rapid death, include but are not limited to Leukemia, colon cancer, esophageal cancer, breast cancer, liver cancer, brain tumors, pancreatic cancers, and so on that grow undetected very, very rapidly, and present at a late stage. When asked by Del Bigtree, “How do these cancers get to such a late stage in often very young individuals without being recognized,” oncologist Dr. William Makis explained:
Laboratory Owners Charged in
$36M COVID-19 Testing Fraud Scheme

Three owners of an independent laboratory have been charged for their alleged roles in a $36 million fraud scheme. The three men allegedly submitted false claims for COVID-19 testing to healthcare benefit programs, including Medicare and the Health Resources and Services Administration's COVID-19 Uninsured Program, according to an April 24 Justice Department news release. The alleged scheme occurred between November 2018 and June 2023.
Kaiser Permanente Says Data Breach May Affect 13.4M Customers
Kaiser Permanente said it is notifying members after a recent data breach potentially affected millions of accounts. The health care conglomerate recently disclosed a large data breach of its Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and reported the incident to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in mid-April. A page on the HHS website described the event as an "unauthorized access/disclosure." The number of people potentially impacted by the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan breach totaled 13.4 million, according to the HHS.
Biden Administration's Unlawful Title lX Regulation
Guts Landmark Sex Equality Law

Wendi Mahoney
Biden's Department of Education waved its magic wand on April 19, gutting decades of protections stemming from the Education Amendments of 1972 known as Title lX. Identity politics is at the core of the newly minted and final Title lX regulations. Transgender individuals are now included, making Title lX officially inclusive of men based on what they believe their gender to be. That means transgender individuals will have access to expanded opportunities and women's spaces. The draft regulations were initially released on June 23, 2022, with public comment available. The estimated net cost of the final regulations resourced and summarized will be $18.8 million over the next ten years.
Biden’s Title IX Revisions Erase Women
Emmy Griffin
The Biden administration has been in the process of rewriting Title IX with several troubling “fixes.” Some of those rewrites were officially codified last week. Most importantly, gender identity will now be included as protected under Title IX. This essentially eliminates women’s protections … which was the initial impetus for the law back in 1972. Biden should know – he was there. Riley Gaines, a former collegiate swimmer for the University of Kentucky and an activist for women’s rights, laid it out plainly regarding the Department of Education’s going ahead with enforcing the sexual harassment and discrimination aspects of the changes:
Biden Admin Wants to Send American Tax Dollars to
Train Army of Transgender Activists in India

President Joe Biden’s State Department plans to “train at least 200 LGBTQI+ community leaders … with preference given to trans and intersex community leaders” by “deliver[ing] specialized legal education and support” which will, in turn, empower “them to advocate for their rights and access the services they need,” according to a grant announcement published on April 8. The department is offering the grant under its Public Diplomacy Programs, which exist to “support the achievement of U.S. foreign policy goals and objectives, advance national interests, and enhance national security.” The grant opportunity argues that “improved health, education, economic strength, justice and equality” for transgender people in India will ultimately benefit the United States.
Another ‘Transgender Man’ Planned School Mass Murder
Michael Swartz
Is our mainstream media downplaying a penchant for violence among so-called “transgender” individuals? Last week, Maryland authorities arrested an 18-year-old female who identifies as male, accusing her of a plot to commit a school shooting. We briefly touched on this story Friday, and it follows in the footsteps of several incidents over the last few years where people who identified as the opposite of their biological gender committed mass murder, most heinously the Covenant School rampage last year in Nashville. While the 18-year-old student in this latest case was purportedly enrolled in a local high school, she had not attended classes in person since the fall of 2022.

Left-Wing Activists Are Showing
Who Is Really in Charge on Ivy League Campuses

Jarrett Stepman
The Left’s winter of discontent appears to be transitioning into a summer of rage as college campus unrest heats up with the warmer weather. Well-funded and well-organized anti-Israel protests are spreading from one college campus to another. And they are becoming a feature in America’s Democrat-run cities as mobs of radicals have been able to shut down roads, bridges, busy intersections, and businesses with impunity. Unlike in 1968 when similar student unrest was eventually met with force when protests got out of line, most of America’s institutions have become willingly or unwillingly helpless in the face of this chaos.
K-12 ‘Action Civics’ Trained Students Encamped on
College Campuses – Here’s What Parents Need to Know

Jonathan Butcher
Parents asking why their college student’s graduation is canceled this year need only remember when their child was in high school. K-12 schools have been training students to disrupt the systems around them for years through the teaching of “action civics,” which primes students to be activists even if it deprives them of understanding if, when, or why a demonstration would be necessary.
Boston City Councilor Exposed for Including ‘Antisemitic Message’ in
Ceasefire Resolution Draft

Boston City Councilor Tania Fernandes Anderson was exposed for accusing Israel of committing "genocide" and "apartheid" in Gaza in a draft of a resolution calling for a ceasefire in the Jewish state's war against Hamas, according to a recent report. "The ongoing bombardment of the Gaza Strip comes in the context of the 75-year displacement of Palestinians," the draft resolution stated, according to the Boston Herald, which obtained a copy of the earlier version.
Alleged Violent Columbia Anti-Israel Agitator Is
Privileged Heir to Multimillion-Dollar Ad Empire

An alleged violent, outside agitator arrested at the anti-Israel Columbia University protest is reportedly the privileged heir of a multimillion-dollar ad empire, according to New York City police. The New York Post reported that James Carlson, aka Cody Carlson, aka Cody Tarlow, is a "longtime anarchist" with no known ties to Columbia University who was arrested when police raided the encampment at Hamilton Hall on Tuesday. Carlson is being investigated as a "possible leader" of the group of agitators that broke into the building and occupied it unlawfully, NYPD and City Hall sources told the Post.

Here's an Idea –
You Don't Have to Like Trump to Vote for Him

Stephen Kruiser
Former President Donald Trump brings out an overload of emotions in voters, and they're all over the place. Some voters worship him, some tolerate him, and some despise him. OK, a lot of them despise him, especially once the Democrats are factored in. People who still call themselves conservatives and/or Republicans who hate Trump so much that they don't want to vote for him are letting their feelings get in the way of the continued existence of the Republic. It really is that simple. All one has to do is look at the damage that has been done to this country by the commies who are running what's left of Joe Biden's brain.
Socialism’s Survival: The Endurance of an Ideological Paradox
Roger Kimball
Really, the socialist impulse is a hardy perennial. How could something so frequently and thoroughly discredited persist in the hearts of men? Some think it has something to do with the gullibility of the human animal, some (but I repeat myself) with the persistence of the utopian dream. I suspect there are many explanations, of which the raw desire for power plays an unedifying but also underrated role. I also favor the explanatory power of original sin, which has profound psychological as well as theological application to many of the more farcical aspects of human experience and what is more farcical than socialism? At any rate, the career of socialism is a powerful argument for the phenomenon of life after death. Remember: the death of socialism in the United States (except on college campuses) had been solemnly pronounced over and over during the 1980s and 1990s. But for the past several years, we have seen multiple sightings of the beast.
AP Under Fire for Calling Antisemitic
Anti-Israel Demonstrations 'Anti-War' Protests

The Associated Press is under fire for portraying the protests wracking college campuses across the United States as "anti-war demonstrations" while omitting how many of the demonstrations include violent rhetoric and have been connected to the assault of Jews. "When people are chanting in their protests, 'intifada now,' simply look up the definition of 'intifada' – that is not anti war," said Natalie Sanandaji, a New Yorker who survived the Nova music festival massacre, where more than 360 people were killed by Hamas terrorists on Oct. 7, 2023. "To downplay it is to make these people feel like what they're doing is okay. We need to talk about how serious it is. Downplaying it is just putting more people at risk," she said on the "Just the News, No Noise" TV show.
Schizophrenic Man Inspired
FBI’s Controversial Memo Targeting Catholics

The Justice Department’s Inspector General has released its review of the FBI’s controversial report on “radical-traditionalist Catholics” – finding that the bureau violated professional standards, but didn’t have “malicious intent,” when it crafted a memo that painted Catholics as potential terrorists. The DOJ-IG report, which was released last week, also revealed the origins of the FBI’s Catholic memo. According to the report, the FBI’s troubling memo was crafted by analysts involved in an investigation into a schizophrenic man who began attending a traditional Catholic church in early 2022. That schizophrenic man, 24-year-old Xavier Lopez, was arrested in November 2022 on a slew of domestic extremism-related charges. His mental health diagnosis was revealed during criminal proceedings.
DOJ’s Refusal to Turn Over Hur Tapes to Congress
Sets Up a Contempt Fight

The Department of Justice’s decision this week to refuse to turn over the audio tapes of President Joe Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur could set up a new fight between the administration and Congress. The refusal marks the second time the DOJ has declined to provide the audio tapes to Congress, though it has turned over the transcripts of the interview.
House Judiciary Releases New Report
Accusing DA Bragg of Political Prosecution

The House Judiciary Committee released a new report on Thursday which accuses Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg of pursuing a political prosecution against former President Donald Trump. "[Since] at least 2018, the DANY has weaponized the criminal justice system, scouring every aspect of President Trump’s personal life and business affairs, going back decades, in the hopes of finding some legal basis – however far-fetched, novel, or convoluted – to bring charges against him," the report concluded. "When one legal theory would not pan out, instead of discontinuing its politically motivated investigation, the DANY simply pivoted to a new theory, constantly searching for a crime – any crime – to prosecute President Trump."
Top Advisor to D.A. George Gascón Charged with
Misusing Confidential Files

California’s attorney general filed criminal charges Wednesday against one of L.A. County Dist. Atty. ’s top advisors, who supervises high-profile and sensitive cases including police misconduct, fraud and public corruption. Atty. Gen. Rob Bonta announced the 11 felony counts against Assistant Dist. Atty. Diana Teran in a press statement. He accused her of improperly downloading confidential records of law enforcement officers in 2018 while she was working for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Teran then “impermissibly used that data” after joining Gascón’s office three years later, Bonta said.
Recall, Remove & Replace Every Last Soros Prosecutor
Sen. Tom Cotton
Last year, our nation experienced the largest increase in murder in American history and the largest number of drug overdose deaths ever recorded. This carnage continues today and is not distributed equally. Instead, it is concentrated in cities and localities where radical, left-wing, George Soros progressives have captured state and district attorney offices. These legal arsonists condemn our rule of law as “systemically racist” and have not simply abused prosecutorial discretion, they have embraced prosecutorial nullification. As a result, a contagion of crime has infected virtually every neighborhood under their charge.
NY Times Rips Biden for 'Avoiding Questions' from
Media in Blistering Statement

The New York Times released a blistering statement calling out President Biden for his unprecedented lack of media access during his first term in office. "For anyone who understands the role of the free press in a democracy, it should be troubling that President Biden has so actively and effectively avoided questions from independent journalists during his term," the Times began its statement. "The president occupies the most important office in our nation, and the press plays a vital role in providing insights into his thinking and worldview, allowing the public to assess his record and hold him to account."
Why Small Businesses Hate Bidenomics
Stephen Moore
If the economy is so good, why do small business leaders feel so bad? The latest Small Business Optimism Index from the National Federation of Independent Business could hardly be more depressing. It finds that the men and women who run our 33 million small businesses and hire more than half of American workers are in a somber mood. The survey finds that small-business confidence has reached its lowest point in 12 years.
Dems Realize They Can’t Win on Biden’s Record,
Stake Everything on Trump-Hate

Robert Spencer
Hey, have you heard the news? “Our democracy” is on the brink. An unscrupulous narcissist with dictatorial ambitions and a hatred for legitimate political opposition could win the presidency in November, and that will very likely be the last time that patriotic Americans get a chance to elect their chief executive. From now on, if this sinister man manages to win, it’s all going to be stiff-arm salutes and “Sieg heils.” In fact, there is a very real threat to America’s continuing to function as a free republic, but that threat isn’t coming from where Democrats are claiming. They’re saying that if Bad Orange Man returns to the White House on Jan. 20, 2025, “democracy” will be dead. Trump, will set himself up as a dictator, and Amerikkka will finally become the fascist state that leftists have been claiming it was on the verge of being ever since an upstart has-been actor named Ronald Reagan threw his hat in the ring. This claim is not only absurd and offensive; it’s a classic case of projection. The American republic (remember, kids: it’s not a democracy) is indeed in serious danger, but the danger is coming from those who are claiming that they are trying to save it from Trump.
Supporting Israel is Morally Right and Politically Smart
Timothy Head
Many Jewish Americans preparing to celebrate the Passover holiday are still mourning the tragic loss of their brothers and sisters in Israel, who suffered unspeakable crimes at the hands of Hamas terrorists on Oct. 7. Much trauma was relived last weekend when Israel suffered an unprecedented direct attack from Iran. Regrettably, as time has passed since October, the Biden administration has increasingly chosen to sympathize less with the Israelis and more with those opposed to eliminating Hamas. The White House’s reaction to Iran’s attack, immediately urging Israeli restraint, was likewise troubling.
Reports That Entire IRGC Command Wing in Syria
Eliminated in Damascus Strike

Beege Welborn
The Bloomberg television network revealed overnight into Saturday that in the attack attributed to Israel at the Iranian consulate in Syria, the entire command hierarchy responsible for the activities of the Revolutionary Guards in Syria and Lebanon was killed. According to the report, "the senior officers were pivotal for Hezbollah's activities in the region." According to the reports, General Mohammad Reza Zahedi and his deputy, Mohammad Hadi Rahimi, along with other officers who were killed, were certain that the consulate building next to the embassy was "the safest" in Damascus and that Israel would not dare to attack the site.
Israel’s Advanced Military Technology
On Full Display During Iran's Attack

Some of Israel’s most advanced military technology was on display over the weekend when its multi-level aerial defense array led the way in striking down an estimated 99% of the more than 350 drones, rockets and missiles that were fired by Iran in an unprecedented attack on the Jewish state. Tal Mimran, of the Cyber Security Research Center in the Faculty of Law at Hebrew University, told Fox News Digital that broader cyber methods and even AI technology were also likely used in the successful defense operation.
EVs, Climate Agenda Are a National Security Threat Used
'To Weaken Us and Ultimately Destroy Us,' Expert Warns

Kendall Tietz
Electric vehicles are often touted as the green alternative to gas-powered vehicles, but one expert believes that if people knew the truth about EVs, they would think twice before purchasing one. Bryan Dean Wright, a former CIA operations officer and host of the podcast "The Wright Report," told Fox News Digital that electric vehicles pose environmental problems, national security issues and compromise the safety of drivers, making them a less than desirable alternative to gas-powered vehicles. Wright said that one of the most important things to consider when buying an electric vehicle is whether it is actually green. It is his belief that they are actually quite "dirty."
Biden EPA Threatens to Shut Down Coal Plants Amid Energy Crisis
Just last month, it was determined that the cost of electricity in the United States was still rising at a rate faster than the national average for inflation. In other words, even if you are somehow managing to pay your rent or your mortgage in this economy and maintain a place to live, you might not be able to afford to heat it or keep the lights on. So what has Joe Biden done in response? He has ordered the EPA to issue new rules that will either make electricity more expensive or remove some of it from the power grid. (Possibly both.)
Report Lists 200 Ways Biden, Dems Have Deliberately
Obstructed Domestic Energy Production

Craig Bannister
“Since Mr. Biden took office, his administration and its allies have taken over 200 actions deliberately designed to make it harder to produce energy here in America,” Institute for Energy Research (IER) says, introducing a report listing examples of anti-energy actions. “President Biden and Democrats have a plan for American energy: make it harder to produce and more expensive to purchase,” Pyle says, providing a chronology list of high-profile anti-energy efforts by both the Biden Administration and Democrat cohorts in Congress (as of March 7, 2024).
Updating California’s Grid for EVs May Cost Up to $20 Billion.
Charging EVs at Home Will Exceed Most Power Lines' Capacity.

California's electric grid, with its massive solar production and booming battery installations, is already on the cutting edge of the U.S.'s energy transition. And it's likely to stay there, as the state will require that all passenger vehicles be electric by 2035. Obviously, that will require a grid that's able to send a lot more electrons down its wiring and a likely shift in the time of day that demand peaks. Is the grid ready? And if not, how much will it cost to get it there? Two researchers at the University of California, Davis – Yanning Li and Alan Jenn – have determined that nearly two-thirds of its feeder lines don't have the capacity that will likely be needed for car charging. Updating to handle the rising demand might set its utilities back as much as 40 percent of the existing grid's capital cost.
Chinese Owned Volvo to Legally Skirt Tariffs to
Sell China-Made Electric Vehicles

U.S. auto dealers will be offering an electric vehicle this summer that’s made in China and will sell for $8,000 less than Tesla’s Model Y. Swedish luxury brand Volvo Cars, which is owned by China’s Greely, will begin selling its compact SUV EX30 model for a window price of $35,000, Reuters reports. Since China dominates much of the mineral mining and refining needed to make EV batteries, and its government heavily subsidizes the industry, it can undercut global competitors.

Ford Lost $132,000 on
Each Electric Vehicle It Sold in the First Quarter 2024

Ford announced Wednesday losses of $1.32 billion on its Ford Model-e sector, which represents the company’s electric vehicle business. With 10,000 units sold, the company lost $132,000 on each EV it sold. In the fourth quarter of 2023, the company sold 34,000 units in its Model-e business, which produced $1.57 billion in losses, or roughly $46,176 on each EV sold.
Pro-Hamas Activists Admit They Don’t Know
What They’re Protesting as Soros Ties Revealed

Two students at Columbia University who rushed to join New York University’s (NYU) violent anti-Israel rally admitted they didn’t know what they were protesting and wished they were “more educated” about what was going on. Later on, it was revealed that George Soros was behind the funding of these Jew-hating protests on college and university campuses all across the country. The video of two unidentified female students trying to find the reason for their being at the protest on the steps of the NYU campus in downtown Manhattan went viral after Rudy Giuliani shared it on Twitter.
California Assembly Advances Universal Healthcare in Bill
That Could Double Taxes

The California Assembly Health Committee voted to advance a bill that would establish a universal healthcare board that would ban most private healthcare and require shifting the entire $405 billion annually spent on healthcare in California onto the state budget. As the state faces a $73 billion budget deficit, it is unclear which taxes would have to be adopted to absorb hundreds of billions of dollars in new costs. The bill would enroll every state resident in CalCare, which would include gender-affirming care, home health care, assisted living facilities, dialysis, and acupuncture. While private insurance would be banned, limited private care would be available for care not covered under CalCare, but providers of non-covered services would have to negotiate prices with the government.
Jillian Michaels Says Evidence 'irrefutable,'
Trans Athletes Should Not Compete Against Girls

Celebrity fitness trainer Jillian Michaels spoke out Tuesday in favor of fairness in women's sports after several middle school students in West Virginia staged a protest against one of their competitors, a natural-born male. Michaels argued the data supporting men's strength as superior to women is "irrefutable" during "Fox & Friends," even when accounting for cross-sex hormone therapy.
Florida, Oklahoma Instruct Schools to Ignore Biden's
Title IX Changes, Pending Legal Challenges

Oklahoma State Superintendent Ryan Walters announced Thursday morning that he has instructed schools within his state not to comply with the Biden administration's changes to Title IX, which include gender identity protections. "We will fight Joe Biden every day to keep this social Marxism out of Oklahoma," Walters said in a statement to Fox News Digital. "This is a time for states to rise up against the federal government’s assault on young girls."
Red States Rush to Resist Biden's Title IX Changes,
Setting Up Legal Showdown

Republican-led states from Oklahoma to Florida are refusing to comply with President Joe Biden's changes to Title IX rules governing women's education, forming a unified resistance almost certain to prompt an historic legal showdown. Biden's Department of Education on April 19 expanded the definition of sex discrimination to include gender identity and pregnancy, rolling back Trump-era rules on student sexual-misconduct cases that raise the bar of proof for sexual misconduct and bolster the rights of those accused.
No Worries: 'Trans' Middle Schooler Discovered with
45 Person Hit List, Allowed to Remain in School

A whistleblower has come forward about the terror at a Massachusetts school after woke teachers let a troubled trans kid return to class after naming 45 fellow students on a menacing 'hit list.' The parent of a child at Watertown Middle School, in the west Boston suburbs, told DailyMail.com that students now fear for their lives, worried each day that they'll be going home in a body bag. Worse still, says the scared parent, school officials have silenced criticism of the trans 7th grader. Parents say they cannot talk about school safety without being accused of transphobic wrong-think.
Indiana Prosecutor Laments That Self-Defense Laws Exist,
Protect Defensive Gun Users

Amy Swearer
Apparently, some Indianapolis public officials have forgotten how their own self-defense laws work and why they exist in the first place. In an interview that’s equal parts amusing and alarming, Indiana’s Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears recently lamented an increase in self-defense shootings in Indianapolis. Mears complained to reporters that shootings involving self-defense claims are challenging to prosecute. This “mean[s] that someone lost their life” and “that case might ultimately be cleared” without the shooter being charged, he said.

Police Website Reveals
CDC Suppressing Defensive Gun Use Data

According to a report from Law Enforcement Today, recent revelations have exposed the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for allegedly suppressing data on defensive gun use (DGU). This action has ignited debates over the transparency and potential politicization of the agency’s research on gun policy and public health. The CDC, which studies various factors contributing to injury and mortality including firearm incidents, has been criticized for omitting defensive gun use statistics from its public communications. Despite commissioning a study from The National Academies’ Institute of Medicine and National Research Council, which recognized DGUs as a “common occurrence,” the CDC chose to exclude these statistics following pressure from gun-control advocates.
Nashville Homeowner Shoots Armed Intruder
Breaking Into His House

A Nashville homeowner shot a man who allegedly attempted to break into his house early Saturday morning, with police deeming the act self-defense, according to local authorities. The incident occurred in the Trinity Hills neighborhood just before 6 a.m. when homeowner and his family were startled by loud banging on their front door and windows, reported WSMV 4. Anton Cosby, 32, is accused of trying to forcibly enter the residence on Shreeve Lane. Police statements cited by WSMV 4 and the New York Post indicate that the homeowner, upon hearing the disturbance, armed himself and warned Cosby to leave the premises. Ignoring the warnings, Cosby allegedly broke a kitchen window and began climbing inside, prompting the homeowner to shoot him in the arm.
DEI Official at UCLA School of Medicine
Massively Plagiarized Her Dissertation on DEI

Luke Rosiak and Christopher F. Rufo
Recent headlines about UCLA School of Medicine suggest that the institution has lost its focus. Instead of brushing up on organic chemistry, its students were subjected to lessons on “Indigenous womxn” and “two-spirits.” Future doctors had to take a class on “structural racism” and were led in a “Free Palestine” chant by a Hamas-praising guest speaker. The school made plans to segregate students by race for courses on left-wing ideology, and two of its psychiatry residents championed “revolutionary suicide.” Why has the school charted this course? One reason is its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion ideology.

Biden's Middle East Policy is Beyond Parody
Glenn H. Reynolds
“World In Shock As Murderous Terrorist State Ignores Warning From Impotent Old Man.” That was satire site The Babylon Bee’s headline after Iran launched hundreds of missiles at Israel, despite President Biden’s stern warning to Iran: “Don’t.” It must be hard to be a satire site, since this administration is largely beyond parody. Iran is, of course, a murderous terrorist state.
Joe Biden's Dangerous World
Francis P. Sempa
In the past three years, the Taliban returned to power in Afghanistan, Russia invaded Ukraine, Hamas invaded Israel, China increased its pressure on Taiwan, the China-Russian partnership solidified, Houthi terrorists wreaked havoc on Red Sea shipping, Iran moved closer to obtaining a nuclear weapon, North Korea enhanced its intercontinental missile capacity, China and Russia modernized their nuclear forces, and illegal immigrants flooded the U.S. southern border. It doesn't end there…
Biden Woos Workers in Pennsylvania, but His Policies
May Hurt Him in the Energy-Producing State

President Joe Biden was campaigning Wednesday in the key swing state of Pennsylvania, hoping to galvanize a populist appeal with promises to back the working class... For the rhetoric to be convincing, it will need to overcome the perception that his energy policies are harming the people Biden is promising to champion. Perhaps the most damaging policy was his decision in January to pause liquified natural gas export licenses. With approximately 123,000 jobs tied to the industry, according to the Marcellus Shale Coalition, in addition to $41 billion in state economic activity, Democrats in the state have been distancing themselves from Biden’s LNG pause.

Cannibals and Income – CNN Fact Check: Biden Makes False and
Misleading Claims During Pennsylvania Campaign Swing

In Biden’s most eyebrow-raising remarks of the campaign swing, he told and then retold a story in which he strongly suggested his late uncle, Ambrose Finnegan, was eaten by cannibals after his plane was shot down while he fought in World War II. Biden’s dramatic details don’t match the Defense Department’s official account of the plane crash. Here is a fact check of eight of Biden’s Pennsylvania remarks.

Sen Hawley Calls on Energy Secretary Granholm to Resign in
Heated Exchange Over Stock Trades

Granholm Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., called on Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm to resign Tuesday following a heated exchange over her past financial transactions. Hawley's tense back-and-forth with Granholm came during a Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee hearing held to review the Department of Energy's (DOE) 2025 budget request. The Missouri Republican excoriated the energy secretary for violating the STOCK Act and for continuing to own shares of individual companies last year despite testifying that she did not own any individual stock.
Half the Attorneys General in the U.S. File a Legal Challenge to
Biden’s EV Mandate

Attorneys general from 25 states are suing to block a Biden administration emissions rule imposed on vehicle manufacturers. Led by Kentucky, the 25 states petitioned the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to block an Environmental Protection Agency rule, “Multi-Pollutant Emissions Standards for Model Years 2027 and Later Light-Duty and Medium- Duty Vehicles,” from going into effect. They argue the final rule “exceeds its statutory authority, is arbitrary, capricious, an abuse of discretion, and not in accordance with the law.” The lawsuit asks the court to declare it unlawful.
Could EVs Compete in a True Free Market?
I & I Editorial Board
It seems we’ve reached “peak EV,” with sales in trouble and assembly line workers losing their jobs. The hard truth is electric vehicle sales would have never reached the level they have if the government had not trespassed into private matters. The EV troubles are all around. Sales are slowing. Unsold cars have piled up in lots. Surveys plainly indicate that fewer Americans want them. In response to dramatically slowing sales, Ford announced last fall that it was delaying $12 billion in EV investments. Which should surprise no one, considering that the company lost nearly $73,000 on each EV it sold in the second quarter of 2023.
EV Giant Tesla Begins Mass Layoffs, Loses Two Top Executives
Michael Schwarz
Skeptical consumers are not rushing out to buy the electric vehicles that virtue-signaling, climate-obsessed elites have tried to sell them. On Monday, Reuters reported that the EV-manufacturing behemoth Tesla would slash 10 percent of its global workforce. Meanwhile, two top Tesla executives announced their departure from the company. News of the layoffs came via an internal company memo in which Tesla CEO Elon Musk explained the decision.
Arizona Lawmaker Joins Others in Warning of
Proposed California Locomotive Rule

Arizona state Rep. David Cook, R-Globe, voiced opposition to a proposed Environmental Protection Agency waiver that could impact locomotives. The waiver would allow the California Air Resources Board to require trains to meet zero-emissions standards, a goal many California leaders have been pushing for with all different kinds of transportation. The reason why it’s a matter of the EPA and not just the state is because of the implications the standards would have on the whole country as trains frequently transport to other states.

Senate Republicans Introduce Resolution That Targets
SEC’s Controversial Climate-Disclosure Rules

Senate Republicans have introduced a resolution to overturn the Securities and Exchange Commission’s recently finalized climate disclosure rules. “The SEC’s final climate disclosure rule threatens economic opportunity across the country, and it must be overturned. Over and over again, SEC Chair Gensler has disregarded the real-world impacts of his aggressive regulatory agenda in his dogged pursuit of left-wing political priorities,” resolution sponsor Sen. Tim Scott, R-S.C., said in introducing the measure Wednesday. Scott is joined by 32 Republicans and West Virginia Democrat Sen. Joe Manchin.
Millennium’s Dumbest Headline: ‘Few Tools to Fix Inflation’
Bob Maistros
The world is barely 23 years into the Third Millennium, anno domini. Yet the Wall Street Journal’s April 12 print edition may already have set the standard for dumbest headline for the entire 1,000 years: “Biden Has Few Tools to Fix Inflation.” Incredulous at an assertion that was 11 days late to be an April Fool’s joke, this commentator went on to read the attached article’s lede. “(I)ntractable domestic policy issue.” “(I)sn’t a whole lot the White House can do to fix it.
Cereals Scrutinized for Pesticide That May Harm Reproduction –
In 2018 EPA Allowed Chemical Entry into U.S.

Cereal Bowl Imagine starting your day with a bowl of cereal that could be silently affecting your family’s health. Recent studies show that chlormequat, a pesticide linked to reproductive issues, has been found in popular breakfast cereals like Quaker Oats and Cheerios. As this substance infiltrates the American food supply, the potential risks to our health and future generations loom larger, raising urgent questions about the safety of our everyday food choices.
Top WHO Official Admits Failed mRNA Jabs
Were a Ruse for Vaccine Passports

The World Health Organization (WHO) knew the COVID-19 vaccines did not stop transmission of SARS-CoV-2, yet they pushed for vaccine passports anyway. Why did they do this? According to a senior member of the shady organization, Dr. Hanna Nohynek, chair of the WHO’s Strategic Group of Experts on Immunization, the NGO did so to promote its global vaccination agenda. Sounds about right. In a trial currently underway in Helsinki, Dr. Nohynek disclosed that the WHO disregarded her advice against vaccine passports in the summer of 2021. Instead, they persisted, asserting that the gene-altering mRNA COVID jabs were crucial in pandemic control. The aftermath of this decision, with millions experiencing severe vaccine adverse events and deaths, emphasizes the gravity of the situation.
Opposition to ESG Gains Clout to Force Banks to Change, but
They May Not Be Giving Up Easily

Over the course of several years, environment, social and governance (ESG) went from an obscure activist movement committed to integrating social responsibility into the world of investing to a widely known investment craze that grew exponentially. In March 2018, according to the Energy Policy Research Foundation, global ESG funds had $600 billion in assets under management. By December 2023, based on Morningstar data, that was up to $3 trillion, implying an annualized growth of nearly 31%. While those assets have grown, so has the backlash against the movement. States have responded with a barrage of legislation that restricts the use of ESG factors or targets entities that boycott certain industries.
Renewables Will Destroy America’s Lifestyle Back to the Pre-1800s –
This Is the Biden Energy Plan!

Ronald Stein P.E.
Regardless of intermittent weather, the electrical grid is expected to deliver continuous and uninterrupted electricity no matter what the weather to support computers for hospitals, airports, offices, manufacturing, military sites, and telemetry, which all need a continuous, uninterrupted supply of electricity. Yet, policymakers continue to subsidize wind turbines and solar panels (with taxpayers’ money) for the generation of electricity that DO NOT work most of the time. I find it amusing that twenty-three states have adopted goals to move to 100 percent clean electricity by 2050.
Climate Change Is Normal and Natural: Forget About Controlling It
Thomas J Shepstone
NASA claimed that “Earth is warming at an unprecedented rate” and “human activity is the principal cause.” Others proposed spending trillions of dollars to control the climate. But are we humans responsible for climate change? And what can we do about it? “The climate of planet Earth has never stopped changing since the Earth’s genesis, sometimes relatively rapidly, sometimes very slowly, but always surely,” says Patrick Moore in Fake Invisible Catastrophes and Threats of Doom. “Hoping for a ‘perfect stable climate’ is as futile as hoping the weather will be the same and pleasant, every day of the year, forever.” In other words, climate change is normal and natural, and you can forget about controlling it.
California Loses 2 More Property Insurers in Growing Crisis
Two more insurance companies are ending property insurance coverage in California, adding to the growing list of insurers fleeing the state in what has become an escalating crisis. Tokio Marine America Insurance Co. and Trans Pacific Insurance Co., both owned by Japanese firm Tokio Marine Holdings Inc., filed notices to California's Department of Insurance saying the companies would cease offering homeowners insurance and umbrella policies in the Golden State... The decision is the latest blow to California property owners, as insurance companies continue to raise rates for customers or discontinue coverage.

Man Who Killed 6-Yr-Old During Road Rage Shooting
Gets the Maximum Sentence

On May 21, 2021, Joanna Cloonan was driving her son Aiden Leos to kindergarten in Southern California when she was cut off by a young woman who, according to prosecutors, flashed her a peace sign in the process. A response with her own middle finger earned a fatal retort from then 24-year-old Marcus Anthony Eriz who decided to fire a handgun at Cloonan’s car from the backseat, striking the child. In January, Eriz was convicted of the second-degree murder of Leos, and on Friday at his sentencing hearing, he learned from Superior Court Judge Richard King that he would serve the maximum sentence for his crime of 40 years to life.
Georgia DAs Sue to Block ‘Rogue’ Prosecutor Law
That Democrats Fear Can Be Used Against Fani Willis

A group of Georgia prosecutors has filed a lawsuit challenging a law that established an oversight commission that they argue unfairly curtails their power and undermines the will of voters but that Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp says merely disciplines “rogue prosecutors” for refusing to uphold the law and prosecute certain crimes. The coalition of four district attorneys filed the lawsuit in the Fulton County Superior Court on April 16, challenging the constitutionality of the Prosecuting Attorneys Qualifications Commission (PAQC), which was established when Mr. Kemp signed SB 332 into law on March 13 while arguing that the community suffers when “out-of-touch” public prosecutors put politics ahead of public safety.

‘What if?’ Jan 6 Committee Members Are
Really Starting to SWEAT Over Possible Trump Win

Members of the infamous Jan. 6th committee are reportedly petrified of former President Donald Trump winning reelection. “Some members of Congress who led the investigation into former President Donald Trump’s role in the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol riot acknowledge they’ve talked to their families about their safety – and the risk of their arrest – if Trump wins a second term in November,” CBS News breathlessly reported Wednesday.
White House Ripped Over Sanctions Waiver
That Critics Say Put Billions of Dollars in Iran's Hands

The Biden administration is being blasted for allowing billions of dollars to allegedly flow into Iran under a controversial sanctions waiver – even after Iranian-backed rebels launched deadly air strikes against American forces and the Muslim country just directly attacked staunch U.S. ally Israel. Last month, the White House extended the waiver, a move that unlocked up to $10 billion more in frozen funds by enabling Iraq to pay the Iranian government for electricity services, according to critics and the Washington Free Beacon.
Biden Quietly Expands 'Temporary' Amnesty to
1.2 Million Foreign Nationals

Nearly 1.2 million foreign nationals are safe from deportation thanks to President Biden's expansion of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) eligibility. This is a move Biden has taken since he came into office. He has added several countries to the TPS list. For example, almost half a million Venezuelans received expanded amnesty protection in 2021. Biden's record has surpassed previous levels of expanding amnesty for foreign nationals, increasing the foreign-born population in the United States to a record high of an estimate of over 51 million. That surpasses previous levels that go back to 1970.
7.2M Illegals Entered the U.S. Under Biden Admin,
An Amount Greater Than Population of 36 States

That figure comes from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), which has already reported 961,537 border encounters in the current fiscal year, which runs from October through September. If the current pace of illegal immigration does not slow down, fiscal year 2024 will break last year's record of 2,475,669 southwest border encounters – a number that by itself exceeds the population of New Mexico, a border state. The total number of southwest land border encounters since Biden assumed office in 2021 is 7,298,486, CBP data shows.
Lawn Worker Sees Bandits Stealing Tools, Swats Suspects With
Weed Eater to Protect Property – video

Thieves tasted a lashing from a contractor’s weed eater as they drove off with several pieces of his equipment at a job site in Houston. A lawncare worker trimming a client’s grass with his weed eater on March 30 saw two cars, a red Nissan and black Mercedes, pull up alongside his lawn equipment, parked several houses down on 8200 block of Renmark Lane. An alleged robbery unfolded in broad daylight in the middle of the neighborhood.
Tax Payer Funded Gender Reassignment Surgeries
Prompt Questions About Military Readiness

Tracy Beanz
The U.S. Government is providing gender reassignment surgery for active-duty military, and this article will detail our military readiness. Everything in this article should be viewed through the lens of military readiness. Could an ADSM ever be combat-ready based on DoD standards if they have gender reassignment surgery? The answer is NO. Let's take a gander.

Maryland Teen Allegedly Plotted School Shootings in
129-Page Manifesto with Transgender Main Character

Andrea Ye, 18, of Rockville, who goes by Alex, allegedly wrote a 129-page manifesto detailing the strategy to commit a mass shooting at Thomas Wootton High School in Montgomery County. Ye was arrested on Wednesday. Investigators uncovered the alleged plot through a review of Ye's writing and internet searches, authorities said. In the manifesto, Ye allegedly wrote about targeting an elementary school and expressed a desire "to be famous."
Arizona Gov Katie Hobbs Vetoes 'Women's Bill of Rights,'
Ten Commandments Bills: 'Abandoning God'

Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs, a Democrat, vetoed bills on Tuesday that would have codified biological sex definitions and permitted teachers in public schools to read or have a copy of the Ten Commandments in their classrooms. The move drew criticism from the state Senate Republican caucus, who said Hobbs is "abandoning God" and that laws "should be based in objective reality and uniform for all Arizonans." "Instead of helping these confused boys and men, Democrats are only fueling the dysfunction by pretending biological sex doesn't matter," Republican Senate president Warren Petersen said in a statement.
Supreme Court Lets Red State Enforce Ban On Child Sex Changes
The Supreme Court ruled Monday that Idaho could enforce its ban on sex-change surgeries for minors. The law passed in 2023 bars doctors from prescribing hormone therapy, puberty blockers or performing sex-change operations such as a mastectomy, vaginoplasty or phalloplasty on minor patients. The law was challenged by two families with children who identify as transgender in July 2023 alongside the American Civil Liberties Union and put on hold by a lower court in December, but the Supreme Court ordered that the stay be removed to allow the law to go into effect.

Biological Male SMOKES Competition in Girls 200m Race –
Prompts ‘Stand Down’ Call for Female Athletes

Video from a girls varsity track meet further cemented the resolve of the Save Women’s Sports movement as athletes were encouraged “to stand down…to stand up” against gender “nonsense.” Hypocrites who champion the expression that one time is too many when it suits their cause remained unsurprisingly silent as the latest assault of transgenderism on girl’s sports took place in Sherwood, Oregon. Saturday, as girls competing at the varsity level in the 200m race lined up for their heat at the Sherwood Need for Speed Classic, a boy met them at the blocks who would go on to set a personal record as he left them all in his dust.
California Health Workers May Face Cuts in Hours,
Benefits Under $25 Wage Law

Nearly a half-million health workers who stand to benefit from California’s nation-leading $25 minimum wage law could be in for a rude awakening if hospitals and other health care providers follow through on potential cuts to hours and benefits. A medical industry challenge to a new minimum wage ordinance in one Southern California city suggests layoffs and reductions in hours and benefits, including cuts to premium pay and vacation time, could be one result of a state law set to begin phasing in in June. However, some experts are skeptical of that possibility.
Incredible! Crime-Ridden San Francisco Wants to
Punish Grocery Stores for Fleeing Said Crime

Unpunished crime is so out of control in San Francisco that the city now wants to punish grocery stores who want to leave. Under the 'Grocery Protection Act' introduced by city Board of Supervisors member Dean Preston (Democratic Socialist), stores that want to flee all the crime and other increased liabilities will have to provide the city with six months advanced notice, and make efforts to find a replacement supermarket for the location being vacated, Benzinga reports.

Four years ago, the doctors at the National Health Service (NHS) in Great Britain became alarmed about the treatment for children with gender dysphoria at the Gender Identity Development Services (GIDS) at the Tavistock in London. The NHS ordered a thorough study of Tavistock patients which was carried out by Dr. Hillary Cass, former president of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health at NHS. The review of 9,000 patient records revealed what many professionals have suspected for years.

Anne Georgulas likely won't be nominated for mother-of-the-year. Georgulas, now divorced from her husband Jeff Younger, is doing everything she can to chemically castrate her 11-year-old son, whom she claims is a girl, despite the protestations of Younger, the boy's dad. The legal battle to mutilate the boy began in Texas.

Biggest Corporate Welfare Scam of All Time
Stephen Moore
President Joe Biden keeps lecturing corporate America to "pay your fair share" of taxes. It turns out he's right that some companies really are getting away scot-free from paying taxes. But it isn't Big Tech companies in Silicon Valley or the Wall Street financial company "fat cats" or big banks or Walmart. They pay billions in taxes. The culprits here are the very companies that Biden is in bed with: green energy firms.
Election Integrity Returns to the National Conversation
James Poplar
As we approach another presidential election cycle – one of the most pivotal in our nation’s history – the issue of “election integrity” will rear its ugly head once again, no matter on which side of the aisle you stand. Without rehashing past elections (local, state, or presidential), it is clear that irregularities have occurred and perhaps determined a winning candidate. To deny this is naïve. It is no secret that many of our election laws and practices were manipulated by the Democrat party under the guise of mandated “social distancing” during the recent COVID-19 pandemic. Well, the pandemic is by all accounts over, and life appears to have returned to “normal,” yet the loosened requirements for voter registration and voting remain in many jurisdictions.  Why have we not returned to the pre-pandemic laws and regulations?
Trump: States Should Decide on Abortion Laws
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said Monday abortion laws should be determined by U.S. states, stopping short of proposing a national ban and choosing a more moderate stance heading into November's general election. After starting the video announcement with a discussion of his support for the availability of in-vitro fertilization, Trump shifted to abortion, saying he supported exceptions for rape, incest, and to protect the life of the mother.
Biden’s Easing of Iran Sanctions in Focus
After Missile Strike on Israel

Joe Biden is taking heat from Republicans for easing sanctions on Iran – including giving the terrorist-sponsoring nation access to BILLIONS of dollars in previously frozen assets – before it launched a massive drone attack on U.S. ally Israel. Iran fired more than 300 drone and other missiles into Israel during the early morning hours Sunday (Israel time) in response to Israel’s strike on the Iranian consulate in Syria on April 1. Israel said 99% of the missiles were intercepted and damage from the attack was limited, with no fatalities, but the escalation is drawing wider concern of a potentially heightened conflict in the Middle East. Republican members of Congress in part blamed the Biden administration’s easing of sanctions against Iran for the attack.
Biden’s ‘Acting’ Labor Secretary Laughs at Millions of Americans
Who Think They Were Better Off Under Trump

Mike LaChance
Julie Su is Joe Biden’s ‘acting’ labor secretary because even though the U.S. Senate is almost half Democrat, she cannot get confirmed. The liberal media pretends not to know this, or regularly leaves out this fact, and treats her as completely legitimate. She appeared on MSNBC recently and actually laughed at the idea that millions of Americans thinking they were better off under Trump which, of course, they were.
State Dept Defends New DEI Chief
Who Called America a 'failed historic model'

The State Department responded to the controversy surrounding its new diversity, equity and inclusion chief Zakiya Carr Johnson, explaining that it has "high confidence" in her ability to lead in a "complex world." Carr Johnson has previously called America a "failed historic model" and demanded the destruction of tradition "at every juncture" on the altar of antiracism.

An Unsustainable Debt
Brian Mark Weber
Federal Spending Dollar
Back in 1981, our national debt reached $1 trillion. At the time, it was hard to even comprehend such a number. Today, the debt has soared to nearly $35 trillion and counting. Take a look at the national debt clock, and you’ll see the debt grow beyond the annual salary of most Americans in just seconds. As the saying goes, “Somebody’s gotta pay for it.”
New ‘Inflation Reduction’ Rule Greatly Increases
Cost of Domestic Oil and Gas Production

On Friday, the Biden Administration announced a finalized rule dictated by Democrats’ “Inflation Reduction Act” to drastically raise the cost of producing oil and gas in the U.S... U.S. Senator John Barrasso (R-WY), ranking member of the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, warns that the rule imposes higher fees and royalties, dramatically raises bonding requirements, and severely limits the number of parcels offered at lease sales. The rule will devastate domestic energy production, cost U.S. jobs and make American more dependent on foreign energy – and it’s all part of Pres. Joe Biden’s agenda, Barrasso said.
How Relentless Food Inflation
Is Becoming Biden's Major Hot Potato

Inflation rose to 3.5% in March, an unexpected increase that continued to crush American’s wallets and President Biden’s approval rating. Despite repeated promises that inflation was “transitory,” inflation has remained high throughout the president’s term, and he’s backed off using the term “Bidenomics” as people have bristled at high costs , particularly in restaurants and grocery stores.
Texas Farmers Ask Judge to Block USDA from
Doling Out Disaster Aid Based on Race or Gender

A group of white farmers in Texas is asking a federal judge to block the U.S. Department of Agriculture from using race, gender or other “socially disadvantaged” traits to determine who gets disaster and pandemic farm aid and how much, arguing the agency’s current administration of eight emergency funding programs is unconstitutionally discriminatory. “When natural disasters strike, they don’t discriminate based on race and sex. Neither should the Department of Agriculture,” the group of farmers wrote in a court filing made public Monday.
Senate Strikes Down Biden Admin Emissions Rule in
Blow to Climate Agenda

The Senate on Wednesday afternoon voted in favor of passing a bill reversing the Biden administration's actions mandating states to track and set reduction goals for greenhouse gas emissions from vehicles on highways. "Few things are more frustrating in government than un-elected bureaucrats asserting authority they don’t have and foisting federal mediocrity on the excellence of states," Cramer said in floor remarks earlier Wednesday.
Biden Admin Warns It's Lights Out on Popular
Household Items As Part of Climate Agenda

The Biden administration finalized energy efficiency regulations targeting common everyday lightbulbs late Friday as part of its sweeping climate agenda. The Department of Energy announced the new standards for general service lamps, which include the most common types of residential and commercial lightbulbs. The agency said the regulations will slash greenhouse gas pollution, ultimately cutting 70 million metric tons of dangerous carbon dioxide over the next three decades.

Bad Data from the FBI Mislead About Crime
Sean Kennedy
The fourth quarter 2023 crime report from the FBI, the federal government’s keeper of crime data, is unreliable at best and deceptive at worst. The FBI’s preliminary 2023 data show murder declined by 13.2% across the country and violent crime dropped 5.7% compared to 2022 levels. Various news headlines have reported the FBI’s numbers unquestioningly, claiming murder is “plummeting” and violent crime “declined significantly” to pre-pandemic levels. But these latest figures warrant skepticism, as we outline in a new report.
‘A Complete Moron’: Megyn Reacts to Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee
Struggling to Explain the Moon and Solar Eclipse

While there were plenty of experts offering insights into the solar system and cosmic activity ahead of Monday’s solar eclipse, Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) was certainly not one of them. The Houston-area congresswoman raised eyebrows earlier this week when she incorrectly told a group of school kids that the Earth’s moon is a “planet” that is “made up mostly of gasses” and emits “unique light and energy.” On Wednesday’s show, Megyn was joined by Victor Davis Hanson, author of The End of Everything, to discuss Jackson Lee’s factually inaccurate claims and what it says about the competency of our elected officials.

Buttigieg Downplays DC Crime Rate Despite Having Security Detail:
'I Can Safely Walk My Dog to the Capitol'

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg recently downplayed Washington, D.C.'s crime problems, saying there's a lot of "energy" going into making the nation's capital seem far worse than it is. "But the simple facts and the simple reality are right here staring us in the face, including the fact I can safely walk my dog to the Capitol today in a way you couldn't do when we all got here," he said... According to data from the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department, crime rates in the city exponentially increased last year from 2022.
CA Sheriff Blasts Newsom's 'Failed Leadership' on Crime,
Proposes Solution to Fix 'Disaster': 'Had Enough'

"Quite frankly, we were lied to and misled by our state, in that the name and the description on the ballot was not something that we were getting," [Sheriff Chad] Bianco explained. "We voted for a proposition [Prop 47] that was named the Safe Schools and the Safe Streets Initiative and it contained absolutely nothing to do with safe streets or safe schools, and it was everything that is bad about public safety right now, directly contributing to the increase in homelessness, mental health and drug addiction. Directly resulted in what we see now in our serial theft cases, in our retail theft cases and issues in crime of residential burglaries and those types of things."
How We Got to 'Death to America' in Dearborn
(Hint: There's an Obama Connection)

Stephen Green
I would say, "That was a real profile in courage there, Barry," but that would just be me being snide. If I were to be more serious, I'd remind you that Obama was steeped in Marx and Engels' grievance theory. I've written about this on more than one occasion, so let me give you the condensed version... You can also draw a straight line from Obama and Wright to the Muslims of Dearborn, Mich., chanting, "Death to America." They've been emboldened by the anti-American hate and division that have been sold to this country for more than two decades as love and unity.
Biden Admin Takes Cues from Hitler to Label
Jewish Goods from ‘Occupied Territory'

Matt Margolis
Is anyone still pretending that Joe Biden supports Israel? I’ve never actually believed Biden was ever really on Israel’s side. From the earliest moments after the October 7 terrorist attack by Hamas, Biden’s actions have spoken louder than words. For example, the Biden administration repeatedly claimed that Iran wasn’t involved in the planning or financing of the Hamas terror attack – something we knew to be false because they had just unfrozen $6 billion in Iranian assets a month before the terror attack.
The Obama and Biden Administrations' Betrayal of
America's Closest Ally in the Middle East: Israel

Majid Rafizadeh
The Biden administration persists in granting victories to Hamas and its primary supporters, Qatar and Iran, and in a way that only strengthens their positions in support of terrorism. On March 25, the Biden administration declined to exercise its veto power at the United Nations Security Council, effectively betraying Israel and aligning itself with Hamas. This decision was perceived by Israel's enemies in Iran, Qatar, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria and Iraq as the United States finally having abandoned Israel. The American abstention looked as if the U.S. had adopted Hamas's position at long last – and during the height of the conflict!
‘Biden is Evil’: Mark Levin Blasts President’s Betrayal of Israel
Chris Donaldson
President Joe Biden isn’t just a “buffoon” but is actually “evil” for betraying Israel, at least when it comes to the opinion of Fox News host Mark Levin. This week, the octogenarian Democrat finally took the step that his Jew-hating base has been clamoring for by demanding a ceasefire in Gaza before the Hamas terror organization has been fully eradicated during a call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. On Saturday’s edition of “Life, Liberty and Levin,” the author and constitutional law expert unloaded on the administration’s response to an accident in which seven workers for the World Central Kitchen were killed in an airstrike, the sort of collateral damage that often happens in wartime.

‘Murder’ Officials Sobs After 18 Felony Charges

The anti-Israeli protestor who threatened to “murder” members of a city council in California turned out to be not so tough after being hit with 18 felony charges over the harrowing remarks. On Friday, activist Riddhi Patel was seen sobbing as she pleaded not guilty to the staggering charges, which stemmed from the disturbing threats she hurled at the Bakersfield City Council and Republican Mayor Karen Goh earlier this week.

Without License Plates in DC?

Virginia Allen / Tim Kennedy / Christian Lasval
Many drivers of two-wheeled motorized vehicles are breaking the law in the nation’s capital and don’t appear to be facing any consequences for doing so. Individuals, many of whom entered the country illegally, are acquiring and driving motorbikes to do food deliveries in the District of Columbia, but many of the bikes do not have legal license plates, indicating they aren’t properly registered or insured.
Former CBS Reporter Says Network Seized Her Confidential Files
Zachary Stieber
Former CBS reporter Catherine Herridge said on April 11 that her former employer seized some of her files, including files containing confidential information. Ms. Herridge told a U.S. House of Representatives panel in Washington that she was informed in a Zoom call that she was being terminated. “I was locked out of my emails, and I was locked out of the office,” she said. “CBS News seized hundreds of pages of my reporting files, including confidential source information.”

Quin Hillyer
In the past 10 days, one brave column, along with the lack of internal outrage over a separate, truly awful column, together speak volumes about the ethical rot infecting the liberal legacy media... “Only in a world where media credibility has completely imploded,” Berliner accurately laments, “would a 3-in-10 trustworthy score be something to boast about.” Major liberal-legacy media outlets now have two choices: They can continue to be insular, grievance-filled rage emporiums, or they can start practicing real journalism again. If they keep doing the former, the funeral pyre they light will be their own.
Ford Recalls Nearly 43,000 SUVs Due to Gas Leaks
That Can Cause Fires, but Remedy Won’t Fix Leaks

Ford is recalling nearly 43,000 small SUVs because gasoline can leak from the fuel injectors onto hot engine surfaces, increasing the risk of fires. But the recall remedy does not include repairing the fuel leaks. The recall covers certain Bronco Sport SUVs from the 2022 and 2023 model years, as well as Escape SUVs from 2022. All have 1.5-liter engines. Ford says in documents filed with U.S. safety regulators that fuel injectors can crack, and gasoline or vapor can accumulate near ignition sources, possibly touching off fires.

House Republicans Demand Investigation Into
DOE’s $37M Fine to Largest U.S. Christian University

The Daily Caller first obtained a copy of the letter, which was sent to Sandra Bruce, the Inspector General of the Education Department. In the letter, the lawmakers say the department is “using its unchecked power to inappropriately target” the Christian university and call for the “evidence” supporting the Education Department’s allegations to be investigated. GCU was fined $37.7 million after the Education Department said that it lied to over than 7,000 students about the price of certain doctoral programs. The lawmakers mention that the allegations were “refuted” in federal court by the Higher Learning Commission and by the Arizona State Approving Agency of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Vatican Condemns ‘Transgenderism’
Thomas Gallatin
Pope Francis has released the Dignitas Infinita, which translates as “Infinite Dignity.” The message was pointedly about human dignity, and it included transgenderism. These days, following the Vatican on social issues can give a guy whiplash. It was just months ago that Pope Francis was effectively advocating for the blessing of same-sex couples, although it was couched with a clarifying statement that the pontiff was not blessing same-sex unions. Thus, when this most recent message from the Vatican was published, it may have come as a surprise just how directly and unequivocally it condemned transgenderism.
College Athletics Organization Bans Trans Athletes from
Participating in Women's Sports

The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) banned transgender athletes from competing in women’s sports on Monday. The NAIA said it supported "fair and safe competition for all student-athletes" and that "Title IX ensures there are separate and equal opportunities for female athletes." The organization laid out its participation rules with conditions... The NAIA is separated from the NCAA. It governs small schools and universities. There are 241 membership schools in the organization.

The University of Texas at Dallas laid off about 20 employees and is closing a campus support office to comply with the state’s DEI ban, university president Richard Benson said in an email to the community Tuesday. This move from UTD comes about a week after the University of Texas at Austin laid off around 60 employees in the wake of SB 17, which prohibits public colleges and universities from having DEI offices and holding diversity, equity and inclusion activities and programs.

In the 911 call audio obtained by Fox News Digital from the Gaston County Police, an unidentified woman called local police after 38-year-old Christopher Miller allegedly barged into the woman's locker room at the popular chain. The woman said that Miller stripped "completely naked" inside the locker room.
Governor Vetoes Bill Protecting Children from
Transgender Procedures in State with GOP Supermajority

Democratic Kansas Governor Laura Kelly vetoed a bill on Friday that would have protected children from life-altering transgender surgeries, claiming that it trampled on parental rights. The Republican-backed bill would have banned surgical procedures like removing the breasts of girls who identify as boys and other genital-related surgeries. It also would have banned placing children on puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones, which have been linked to poor bone development, future fertility issues, and heart problems.

Idaho Governor Signs Bills Defining ‘Man’ and ‘Woman’ and
Barring Pronoun Requirements

Sarah Holliday
The state of Idaho is on a roll when it comes to pushing against LGBT ideology. In April 2020, Idaho became the first state to sign legislation that prevented transgender-identifying athletes from participating in girls’ and women’s sports. The Fairness in Women’s Sports Act, signed by Idaho Governor Brad Little (R), declared it “a violation of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 for federally funded education programs or activities to operate, sponsor, or facilitate athletic programs or activities that allow individuals of the male sex to participate in programs or activities that are designated for women or girls.”

Andrew Tobin
The White House on Friday welcomed the formation of a new Palestinian Authority government, suggesting the West Bank-based PA was on track to take over administration of Gaza from Hamas. President Joe Biden's administration "looks forward to working with the new cabinet," State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said in a statement. "A revitalized PA is essential to delivering results for the Palestinian people in both the West Bank and Gaza and establishing the conditions for stability in the broader region," Miller added. However, at least two of the newly installed PA ministers have advocated Palestinian terrorism against Jews.
Biden Skewered As 'world’s worst Catholic' Who
Cheapens Irish and Catholic Identity

As the Irish diaspora around the world prepared to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, a writer at The Telegraph scorched President Biden for being the "worst" public representative of Irish Catholicism’s legacy. "President Joe Biden’s self-delusion seems to be boundless. When he looks in the mirror, he apparently sees an upright Irish Catholic true to the historic values of his deeply rooted religious identity," Ruth Dudley Edwards wrote in the Telegraph. "He is, in fact, an appalling Catholic who publicly flouts the church’s most cherished teachings and is about as authentically Irish as a leprechaun hat in a St Patrick’s Day parade."
High-Ranking Cardinal Calls for Joe Biden’s Excommunication
Cardinal Gerhard Müller, the former prefect of the Vatican’s highest doctrine office, vehemently denounced President Joe Biden for his staunch support of abortion, going far as to label the act as “infanticide.” Müller’s strong condemnation comes in the wake of Biden’s commitment to reinstate Roe v. Wade as the definitive law of the land, voiced in his State of the Union Address. “The word ‘abortion’ is too much a soft word. The reality is killing, murder of a living person,” said Gerhard Müller to Life Site News. “There’s no right to kill another person. It’s absolutely against the Fifth Commandment.”
Biden Shields Transgender Day of Violence
Lloyd Billingsley
Trans Shooter On March 29, Good Friday, Joe Biden declared March 31, Easter Sunday, a “Transgender Day of Visibility.” To appreciate the depravity in play,  the Delaware Democrat’s action should be seen in context. Back on March 15, federal judge Aleta Trauger “ordered the Federal Bureau of Investigation to hand over documents for a private review in an ongoing Freedom of Information Act case that will decide if the public will see documents related to the Covenant School shooter’s motives.” The Tennessee Star named all the victims and noted that the shooting “was carried out by Audrey Elizabeth Hale, who identified as transgender.” According to the Trans Resistance Network (TRN), Audrey Hale had “no other effective way to be seen than to lash out by taking the lives of others.”
DeSantis Blasts Biden for Denying Trans Visibility Declaration on Easter:
'Who's Running the Presidency?'

When asked about his official White House proclamation, Biden said he "didn't do that," prompting DeSantis to suggest the president's denial raises questions about who is running the White House. "Wait a minute, he said that didn't happen, he said he didn't do that," DeSantis exclaimed during an appearance at the Greater Miami Expressway Agency on Monday. "Which raises the question that he's either not being honest with the public or he really didn't know what was going on."
Rampant Anti-Semitism, and the Democrats
John Hinderaker
On Thursday evening, a malevolent crowd at a public forum at Rutgers threatened Jewish students and drove the university’s president from the room. The Free Beacon reports: "A Rutgers University town hall descended into anarchy Thursday evening as anti-Israel students chanted demands to “globalize the intifada”… “Globalize the intifada” means that no Jew should ever be able to live in safety, anywhere in the world.
Hamas Is 'happy,' Celebrating Biden's Apparent Shift in War,
Israeli Official Warns: 'Stand Against Evil'

Israeli Economy and Industry Minister Nir Barkat accused President Biden on Thursday of emboldening Hamas after he warned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that the U.S. policy in Gaza could change if the Israeli military doesn’t do more to protect civilians in the region. In an appearance on "Kudlow," Barkat urged Biden to re-establish his commitment to Israel, emphasizing the importance of the United States' unwavering support as they fight to eradicate the "Nazis" behind the Oct. 7 terror attack.
Hamas Defector Tells Pro-Palestinian Activists to
Go to 'mental Asylum' in Brutal Takedown

Pro-Palestinian activists were left seemingly dumbfounded after Dr. Phil brought a former Hamas member on his show to dismantle their arguments. "It's very disappointing to see Americans supporting Hamas and thinking that Hamas is a cool thing, while Hamas does not respect any of those followers, while those followers don't know that Hamas would torture them and massacre them with no mercy. They call them useful idiots. They don't know that Hamas is a dark black hole," Yousef said on an April 2 episode of "Dr. Phil Primetime."
Hamas Treats Captive Israeli Women as Animals – for
‘All Are Ridden’

Raymond Ibrahim
The Hamas terrorists behind the Oct. 7, 2023, jihadist raid literally view their female Israeli captives as horses and other animals – to be “ridden.” During a recent press conference, IDF spokesman Daniel Hagari stressed that Hamas members could be heard in their own (now captured) recordings referring to their female captives as sabi (or sabiya), an Arabic word that in Islamic jurisprudence refers to non-Muslim female slaves, whom Muslim men could freely copulate with – in a word, concubines (see here for more on sabis). Sex slavery is not only an ironclad aspect of Islam; it is a reflection of “piety,” as well captured by a 2015 report:
ISIS Is at War With the World Again,
Thanks to Biden and Putin

Stephen Green
It wasn't just the U.S. that warned Russia that a huge ISIS attack might be coming in the days before the Crocus City Hall massacre that left at least 144 dead -- even Moscow's allies in Tehran "tipped off Russia about the possibility of a major terrorist operation," according to a new report in Monday's Daily Mail. An unnamed senior security official claimed, "As Iran has been a victim of terror attacks for years, Iranian authorities fulfilled their obligation to alert Moscow based on information acquired from those arrested terrorists." In January, ISIS killed at least 84 Iranians and injured 284 more in a bombing near the burial site of Iran's top terrorist commander, Qasem Soleimani.
Professors Claim Pointing Out How
Hamas Brutalizes LGBTQ People is 'homophobic violence'

Describing Hamas’ brutalization of LGBTQ Palestinians needs to be labeled "homophobic violence," university professors suggested at an event last month. Associate Professor Maya Mikdashi took part in a discussion at the school titled "Palestine is a Feminist and Queer Anti-Imperialist Abolition Struggle" with University of Illinois professor Nadine Naber on March 20. During the event, Mikdashi pushed back on the complaint that Palestinians and Hamas mistreat LGBTQ citizens, claiming that the assertion itself is a form of bigotry.
$6,688,935,719,341.77: Biden Sets Record for
Increasing Federal Debt at This Point in His Presidency

Terence Jeffrey
The federal debt increased more under President Joe Biden in the first 1,142 days of his presidency than it did under any of his predecessors. When Biden was inaugurated on Jan. 20, 2021, the total federal debt was $27,751,896,236,414.77, according to the data published by Treasury Department. As of March 6, 2024 – the last day for which the numbers have been reported – the total federal debt was $34,440,831,955,756.54. That means that in Biden’s first 1,142 days in office, the federal debt increased by $6,688,935,719,341.77.
Biden Faces Fresh Political Peril With Latest Student Loans Lawsuit
A fresh lawsuit revives an old challenge for President Joe Biden – delivering on his 2020 campaign pledge to forgive student loans. Biden announced in 2022 that he’d “cancel” $10,000 of federal student debt per borrower, only to see his plan ruled illegal by the Supreme Court. He has since announced another $144 billion in student debt writeoffs and created a program to lower future payments, but he was slapped with a new lawsuit by a coalition of Republican-led states on Thursday.
Investigation Links Russian Hit Squad to
U.S. Officials' 'Havana Syndrome'

A Russian intelligence unit that specializes in assassinations may be behind "Havana syndrome," a mysterious condition that afflicted U.S. diplomats, according to a report. Symptoms of Havana syndrome – which the U.S. government terms "anomalous health incidents," or AHI –  include sudden headaches, vertigo, ringing in the ears, nausea, and in some cases blindness or hearing loss. The syndrome was named after U.S. officials in the Cuban capital first reported experiencing these symptoms in late 2016.
Have We Reached Peak Climate Nuttery?
I & I Editorial Board
A new report tells us that man-made global warming is driving up prices. Please tell us this is parody. It’s far too risible not to be. Oh, but no. We’ve been assured that it’s a serious paper. “Global warming and heat extremes to enhance inflationary pressures,” was published last week in the peer-reviewed journal Communications: Earth and Environment. Axios tells us the study, “incorporated more than 27,000 observations of monthly price indices across 121 countries in the developed and developing worlds during the 1996 to 2021 period, along with high-resolution weather observations.” Our friends at the Committee To Unleash Prosperity noted that “what’s especially pathetic about this story is first you have a bunch of nitwit academics writing the study.” It’s a fair point. But we also wonder just who were the peers who reviewed it.
Biden’s EV Truck Mandate
Thomas Gallatin
It would not be much of a stretch to make the assertion that America runs on diesel. Or maybe a better way to put it is that without diesel, American commerce as we know it would not exist. Modern American society thrives thanks to trucking. Indeed, everything from Amazon’s marketplace to your local mom-and-pop shop would effectively be out of business without trucks moving goods across America’s roads. Yet the Biden administration has just threatened America’s economy in a way that few may fully appreciate. In Joe Biden’s drive to rid America of fossil fuels, his Environmental Protection Agency has done much of the bureaucratic dirty work to force the country into doing what Americans don’t want to do or believe in doing.
Greta Thunberg is the Poster Girl for the Ignorance of Elites
Who Are Using the Products They Want to Ban

Ronald Stein P.E.
Recently, Ms. Greta Thunberg, the Swedish environmental activist, scolded the world’s leaders by exclaiming, “How dare you?” in reference to their perceived indifference and inaction to the climate crisis. More accurately, Ms. Thunberg’s question should have been, “How dare ME for demanding the products and fuels manufactured from crude oil that make MY life more comfortable?” Politicians and environmentalists never discuss the need to maintain the supply chain of the products and fuels, now based on crude oil, that are essential to human flourishing. Nobody ever uses “raw crude oil;” thus, there would be no need for oil without people demanding PRODUCTS and FUELS made from crude oil!
Real-World Data Confirms Homeowners
Are NOT Facing Higher ‘Climate’ Risks Than Before

Linnea Lueken
A recent article from The Hill, titled “Homeowners in these U.S. cities face the greatest threat from climate change,” cites a new report from the First Street Foundation claiming homeowners in certain cities face large and increasing climate risk – claiming that more than 44.8 percent of homes face “climate” risk. This story is misleading. What they are actually reporting is weather risk, not risk related to climate change, because none of the weather conditions discussed in the report are getting worse. Each of the cities discussed has been threatened by the types of extreme weather events cited in the story throughout their histories. It is important to note that the First Street Foundation is the source of this report. That organization is a climate alarmist group that has been a wellspring of false reportsClimate Realism has repeatedly refuted previously here, here, and here, for example.
Destroying the Myth of Cheap Wind and Solar
If wind and solar are so cheap, why do they make electricity so expensive?

Isaac Orr and Mitch Rolling
Wind and solar advocates often cite a metric called the Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) to claim that these energy sources are cheaper than coal, natural gas, and nuclear power plants. However, these claims, which are already tenuous due to rising wind and solar costs, ignore virtually all of the hidden real-world costs associated with building and operating wind turbines and solar panels while also keeping the grid reliable…
Fulton County Election Board Member Drops Shocking Testimony
A member of the Fulton County Registration and Elections Board testified this week that he voted against certifying the county’s 2020 election results due to what he claimed were insufficient attempts by election officials to inform him of steps taken to mitigate voter fraud. “The things that led me to initially have concern about everything was… I started looking at our voter rolls, and I did some fairly simplistic research on the population of Fulton County,” Wingate said during a remote meeting. “What I found out and started pressing with the Election Department [was]… we had more voters on the active voter rolls than we did of the population of the entirety of Fulton County.” “There was nothing done to answer my questions on that,” he added.
Did One Guy Just Stop a Huge Cyberattack?
Kevin Roose
The internet, as anyone who works deep in its trenches will tell you, is not a smooth, well-oiled machine. It’s a messy patchwork that has been assembled over decades, and is held together with the digital equivalent of Scotch tape and bubble gum. Much of it relies on open-source software that is thanklessly maintained by a small army of volunteer programmers who fix the bugs, patch the holes and ensure the whole rickety contraption, which is responsible for trillions of dollars in global G.D.P., keeps chugging along. Last week, one of those programmers may have saved the internet from huge trouble.
ABC Host Shocked at Visual Demonstration of
Grocery Price Hikes Over Last Four Years: 'Wow'

"Good Morning America" sounded the alarm on "sticker shock" at the grocery store on Friday, admitting that shoppers were better off four years ago before significant price hikes. The ABC morning network program set up two tables to show the contrast between what Americans could purchase for $100 from March 2019-2020 versus March 2023-2024. Co-host Michael Strahan let out an audible "Wow" when ABC News chief business, technology & economics correspondent Rebecca Jarvis showed him the difference.

California Minimum Wage Shocks Fast Food Workers As
Restaurant Closes: 'Only the Beginning,' Ex-Manager Warns

Another California small business and its workers have seemingly suffered at the hands of the state’s newly enacted $20 minimum wage. "It's a shock," Monica Navarro, former assistant general manager at Fosters Freeze in Lemoore, said Wednesday on "The Bottom Line." "It would have been nice to have a notice, so we could go get some applications [out], I could prepare them," she continued. "The best I can do is honestly give them some references."
Illegal Immigrant in Illinois Accused of Nearly
Decapitating His Wife in Front of Their Two Children

On April 1, 2024, at approximately 11:30 a.m., Baltazar Perez-Estrada entered the Carol Stream Police Department in Illinois and informed authorities that he had stabbed his wife, Maricela Simon Franco, 26. Prosecutors allege Perez-Estrada and his wife got into a verbal fight around 10 p.m. at the apartment where they were staying. Prosecutors said the fight turned physical and Perez-Estrada stabbed Franco dozens of times in her head, neck, body and hands. Prosecutors said the attack was so violent that Franco was nearly decapitated. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Effort to Restrict Transgender Players in
Women's Sports Denied by Federal Judge

Judge Nusrat Choudhury said Thursday that the Constitution’s 11th Amendment prevents a local government from suing a state government in federal courts. Choudhury also ruled that the county has no legal standing. "There are no facts in the record showing that any specific cisgender woman or girl in Nassau County will face imminent injury in an athletic event involving a transgender woman or girl on Nassau County Parks property if the Executive Order is invalidated," Choudhury wrote, per Reuters. Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman issued the executive order, which would’ve denied permits to the county-run parks and sports facilities if the girls’ and women’s sports teams couldn’t say all members on the teams were biological females.
Texas 'Frankenstein Lab' Offers 'Barbie-dolling' of Genitals,
Other 'Dangerous' Unconventional Gender Surgeries

A Texas gender clinic has been exposed as a “Frankenstein’s lab” that performs “dangerous” surgeries such as the “Barbie-dolling” of genitals. Austin’s Crane Center for Transgender Surgery, run by Dr. Curtis Crane, is geared specifically for so-called “non-binary” people who want to mess with their genitals, according to an exclusive report from the Daily Mail.
